Any "skinny" girls dieting? *Support Group*

hi ladies!

can i join in please :)

i want to loose about 5lb, i seem to be stuck at the same weight and cant loose these final few lbs, plus i have a "rubber-ring" of fat and skin from preg :(

i bought a pedometer which counts my steps and tells me how many calories i have burnt, but i did 11,000 steps the other day and it only burnt about 200 calories (took me 2 days to burn off 1 cake - not happy!)

i have been doing a bit of running on my wii fit! i have ordered some ministry of sound workout DVDs and some tai bo dvds but its finding the time to do it!

i am doing muscle workouts and yoga to tone on my wii too :)

Well .... 1 week later and i've lost 1lb :happydance:

I think anything more would of been a miracle, when i have so little weight to lose it really struggles to come off me no matter what i do

1lb is 1lb though :happydance: only 8 more to go!!
 
I'm now 9st5 so I've lost almost 4lbs this week :shock: :happydance:

Think I wanna get down to 8st7 eventually so my goal is another 10lbs off :)

I know! I'm well chuffed. Think its cause my diet has had a DRASTIC turn around.. I just ate total crap before and this last week Ive been really quite good. The weight will prob come off slower now I've had the initial DROP but thats okay as long as I keep losing.

Heres to another good week! X

I had a sneaky weigh in on Friday and I'd lost 2lb.... But this morning I was back up to what I was this time last week :hissy:

I think it was that chinese on Friday that done it. Oh well, at least I haven't gained. Hopefully this week will be better because I've got better food in the house now.

Won't be taking Violet out in this heat though so I don't know how my exercising is going to be this week.

well just woke up and weighed....lost 2 lbs! :happydance:More than I expected really given that I didn't work out too much last week. I'm hoping to get better with that this week. :blush:

I lost 1/4lb, which is a surprise to me seeing as I have had a rubbish week, at least I havn't gained :)
So I'm now 8st2.3/4lb - Not long to go until I'm 8stone!

Doing well today .... 703 cals so far, i went to a funeral today so skipped lunch and just scoffed a packet of crisps in the car on the drive over :blush: :lol:
 
I ended up at 1055cals today and 600 of that was profiteroles and wine gums.. OOPS! Burned 120 on the wii though :D

703calories today, been super super busy and havn't had time to sit down and my tea!
Really hope I can be strong this week and not give in to my cravings, although it is my birthday on saturday, so I have a feeling a cake or two will be involved somewhere :dohh::muaha:
 
Had a bad day today....ran out of cigarettes last night hadn't planned on quitting so replaced them with food like a dummy :dohh: Its 445pm here and I've had about 900cals so far and haven't had dinner yet :hissy: Its ok though we'll find out how much I can burn when I go to the gym after OH gets home and takes over baby duty :rofl:
 
are you doing your weigh in on a monday? i weigh myself on a sunday at the moment but i can move it to a monday! im not doing very well, i cant stop snacking :( bloody hula hoops and star bars!

has anyone gone onto the activity browser on calorie counter? under 'home activities' its got 'butchering animals' :shock: anyone do that amongst their daily chores?!

dishes, sweeping, mopping, can't say i slaughter a cow during my daily chores :rofl:.

did a great workout yesterday ended up burning off about 1500 cals :happydance:now i don't feel quite as bad for being naughty :blush:
 
i did a 10 min jog on my wii and nearly passed out! seriously i was sooo knackered i took all my clothes off and stood in front of a fan for about 20 mins to recover!

i love star bars too... maybe a little too much :(

when i weighed myself on my wii i had lost 1lb but it said to come back tonight as your weight can change 2.2lb either way during a day! dont want to stand on the wii again, what if they take the lb away again!

i love the calorie count website i think im milking it a bit though.. -
