Im not naughty i dont bother adding those kinds of things, i just let the timer thing run the calories up by itself.

Had 799 so far today, so will prob hit 1,000 by the end of the night :)

i am adding all childcare into mine :rofl:! i have added my 2 glasses of wine tonight too so its only fair i add 'holding small child for 10 mins' and 'hoovering'

i have burnt off 200 more calories than i have eaten so im happy for tonight! i may try and do a 10 min jog before i go to bed... just to boost those burnt calories!

No dinner tonight for meeeeeee, only a packet of wine gums ffs. How unhealthy. Total was only 630 today and I burned 120cals.

I can't believe it, but for the first time ever, I've actually ran out of salad and fruit! Usually, it'll be sitting there for weeks because I won't eat it but I've been sooo good at making myself eat it this week and I've actually enjoyed it!

Here's hoping that I won't get bored of it too quickly. :dohh:

I was naughty tonight and had mayo with my dinner... it wasn't even low fat :blush:

I went right up to 1100 cals today, was peckish tonight so had a cuppa and 2 pieces of toast whilst BB was on :blush:

Did burn 175 cals on my stepper though so it kinda evened it out :lol:
 
Was having a good day today up until about 5mins ago and I had 2 mini cheesecakes... Oops. I've gone to 1500 cals now... I really need to add some daily exercise to my diet.
 
Well had a pretty good day today up until my grandad appeared and shoved an ice cream cone in my hand!! Good job it was a small one!!

938 cals in .... 1448 cals out ...

Will hop on my stepper and burn another couple hundred once madam is in bed!!

Hi!! Can I join you girls??? I have about 9lb to lose to get to my pre preg weight of 8st and I am struggling..the scales seem to have stuck for a couple of weeks now!

I do exercise each day I have the Nell McAndrew DVDs which I do 45 mins of 5 times a week... I'm thinking of getting the Biggest Loser Dvd too app its quiet hard!!! If I get it I'll let you know!!!

I know if I am on here it should give me better motivation not to pig out so much!!!!:rofl:

Well i was 8st something with boobs so i cant use them as my excuse now, as much as id like too :rofl:

I find it helpful having this thread here too, when your doing it on your own its easy to lose your motivation, this little thread is a pick me up

Plus i dont want to look like a piggy on weigh in days either and have gained weight when youve all lost :rofl:
