Any "skinny" girls dieting? *Support Group*

At the minute im doing 30mins of aerobics which im going to try and do X5 a week to build up ... then go on to do 1 hour x4 a week.

I wanted to keep a food diary but also keep a track of my calories so i found this website called calorie count, its really cool you make a profile and you can add your food to the log, its all preset so it tells you how many calories your consuming a day, theres a box to add exercise so it counts what your burning etc etc.

Im hoping by doing that its going to help me stick to it as i can see what im doing as i go along iykwim?
 
I think ya got to do what ever you want. if losing that bit extra wil make you feel better then go 4 it! :) x
 
me! Im aiming for about 10-14lbs. :D keeping my cals under 1500 daily and exercising and il be there by august i hope.
 
9 stone is 57 kilos, if i weighed that i would do summersaults!
I would like to be 10 stone! I am now 10.5

Its makes you a dieting profile etc etc, seems a good way of helping you keep track of things. Its also full or recipes and exercise ideas!! Im doing well so far .. 433 calories and have burnt 150 of those off :)

I'm the same, but reading this I feel even worse about it now... I put on about half a stone when pregnant, and before dieting I weighed 8st8... I've lost almost 5lbs this week, and now weigh 8st3. I'm 5"3 and am quite petite though so I'm not really skinny.
I've been keeping a food diary and keeping calories under 15000. I don't want to get super skinny (I've never been stick thin) but I do want to fit back into my old jeans.

Sometimes I feel so awful and a bit silly moaning about my weight when really I should count myself lucky!

I know what you mean. I cant really discuss it with my friends b/c they think im nuts for doing it :( OH supports me though :D hes agreed to diet with me.
 
It's not so much the weight I want to lose, tbh I've never cared about that side of things..

I just wanna tone up and fit into my jeans nicely, without the love handles spilling over :rofl:


I'm gonna have a look at that website PP, altho I'm kinda scared to admit to how many calories I eat during my evening meal... I don't pig out during the day and don't eat junk during the day but I do kinda live on things like pizza and chips :blush:

My friends think I'm nuts too I keep hearing "you should be happy that you went back down as quick as you did" and I am but I'm just not quite where I'd like to be

But im not happy with the extra weight im carrying, ive a small frame and am short so any extra weight i carry is very noticeable :(
 
How tall is everyone? Im 5'4 and if I gain even 5lbs its rly noticable :(
 
5'3" so any weight around the midsection sticks out like a sore thumb

Same here, half a stone was very noticable on me, and even just the few extra lbs I'm carrying now is still noticable.
I think people need to understand that it's a confidence issue aswell. I've lost confidence in wearing tight tops and jeans, and it's the confidence I want to get back.

But what i mean is ... are any of you girls dieting to loose "little" weight ... ie. under a stone?

Ive started by diet today ... i need to drop 9lbs to get to my goal of 9st!!

Anyone else needing to loose just those last few lbs?
I wouldnt call me skinny. But true , I only want to lose a few kg like 5 . Lat time i weighed 59 kg which was pretty shocking seeing that I used to be around 56 and earlier on 54 kg. (I am 1,63 m) I also don't want the belly fat that I have gained through that.
