Any "skinny" girls dieting? *Support Group*

I'm gutted I paid for that site now! Oh well, at least it'll only be for this month, it's pretty much the exact same thing :dohh:
 
I'm 5'7.. I dont really want to loose weight anywhere else than my belly so will healthy eating still be the way to go? Or just exercise? Im crap at this lol

You cant spot fat reduce so you just need to eat healthy and exercise and hope it goes from your tummy :dohh: I find weightloss is like 75% eating 25% exercise... but i dont wanna be fat skinny iykwim? i wanna be toned skinny!

Not had a bad first day today ... eaten 815 cals and burnt off 330 cals

Think i'll treat myself to a cuppa and a biscuit seeings as ive got loooooads of calories before i hit the 1200 mark :muaha:

One thing though ... on that site theres a thing called "burn meter" and it says total estimate "1930 cals" ... that cannot mean your supposed to burn that many in a day surely? :shock:
 
That doesn't sound right! On the site I'm on, it says that I need an intake of 1400 calories, and burn 478 calories to lose 2lbs a week... and if you don't do any exercise you lose 1lb a week... I didn't do any exercise last week and lost more than 2lbs so I can't work that out...:shrug:
 
remember you burn calories by just breathing!

I'm a fat skinny! Describes if perfectly! :rofl:I look quite slim when I'm standing up straight, apart from a little roundness, but when I sit down the rolls are just sooo obvious!

I can get into pre preg clothes but I want to get into them and be comfy :dohh:

I'm currently sat at 9st 3lb and pre preg I was 8st 10lb which I would love to be again. So just 7lb

Me too ... ive promised myself i will only step on the scales on a monday. Im such a sucker for them i always hop on the everyday on a diet ... bad me :blush:
 
im the same :rofl: im gonna try and not cos if i gain like 2oz one day i get a bit pissed off even if ive lost on all the other days

Not this time though, i'll shift these 9lbs even if i have to lock the scales in the cupboard and give OH they key :muaha:
 
I have to hide the scales as well otherwise I obsess and can get on 3 times a day

Haha I'm exactly the same.. If I don't see results in the first 3 or 4 days then that's it, I give up. I can't even last a full week :blush:
 
I've got about 5lbs left I want to lose. Lost 4lbs so far! x
 
I was really naughty yesterday, went over my 1400 calories by eating a milky bar, wispa and a bottle of normal coke, and half a packet of Seren's rusks! Don't know what came over me :dohh:
Today will be a better day! :blush:

Been good so far today too ... had a cuppa and a slice of marmite on toast, done my morning exercise too, so, so far so good :happydance:
