I'm 5'7.. I dont really want to loose weight anywhere else than my belly so will healthy eating still be the way to go? Or just exercise? Im crap at this lol

You cant spot fat reduce so you just need to eat healthy and exercise and hope it goes from your tummy I find weightloss is like 75% eating 25% exercise... but i dont wanna be fat skinny iykwim? i wanna be toned skinny!

I'm a fat skinny! Describes if perfectly! I look quite slim when I'm standing up straight, apart from a little roundness, but when I sit down the rolls are just sooo obvious!
i think thats why when im on a diet i obsess so much and then after 2 or 3 days my weight hasnt changed so i think sod it and give up
Not this time though, i'll shift these 9lbs even if i have to lock the scales in the cupboard and give OH they key
