Any "skinny" girls dieting? *Support Group*

See im 5'6 and dont really notice if i put on weight but i feel it in myself. Although ive been losing weight and can almost get my size 10 jeans on the top half is awful. Since being pregnant my boobs have gone to a 32E and show no sign of shrinking, just praying to god they r gonni be the last to go but will shrink! Think the must make up a good few lbs of it lol
 
That caloriecount website looks really good, I've been using nutracheck but you have to pay for it... Should've looked around a bit first! Calorie counting has worked so well for me I was so shocked, I lost 5lbs since last monday, not really done much exercise at all but it's made me aware of what I'm eating. I'm shocked at the amount of calories were in some of the stuff that I was eating!
I've also got a slendertone belt to help tone my tummy, I was doing crunches but they started to hurt my back quite a bit. I'll let you know how I get on with it.
 
thats what im gonna do this week candeur. really gonna count every calorie and keep it under 1500. I was :shock: at some things when we went to tesco yday. Cant believe how much is in bread!
 
I know it's a real eye opener! Tea shocked me aswell, with the amount I drink, I'd be taking in about 300kcals in tea alone because I had 2sugars, 80kcal approx per mug of tea with 2 sugars, and only 20kcal with sweeteners.

I drink loads too but no sugars thank god.. dunno what id do without my tea :rofl:
 
I'm 5ft2 so if I put a few lbs on I look really bloated and chunky. At the moment I am still carrying weight around my stomach and it looks really off.
 
Im 5ft 6 1/2 ... so although im a bit taller my weight goes straight to my tummy and my face, nowhere else really, which is a pain in the butt :hissy:

I did search around for calorie counting sites and for free i think that one is excellent .. im sure just calorie counting alone some weight will drop off.

It does a little profile for you too saying what your goal/calorie intake etc etc should be.

Tea wise .. i only have 1 sugar in mine and thats brown sugar so not so many calories, had to find some kind of way where i could still have tea as i have 3 or 4 cups a day :rofl:
 
Before pregnancy I was trying to lose about 6lbs to get just under 9 stone but because its such a little amount I wasn't really motivated:rofl:

Im 5ft4 and weigh 9 st i need to lose 8lbs but i dont want to lose the weight off of my boobs :blush: just my belly and legs as they look really big
PP the websit looks really good but am scared to join as iv had a eating prob before so dont really want to start counting calories :blush:
i do eat helthy food and drink lots of fresh juice but the weight will not shift :hissy:
 
my diet will defo not be starting will after thurs. im on nightshift till then no way could i just knaw on lettuce all night! :rofl:
 
:rofl: I broke my calorie rule today, Calorie count said 1419calories for me but ive used 1512 today :blush:
 
Well I wasn't really planning on starting my diet and whatnot until after Independence Day over here but being that I have a cold right now and can't taste anything anyway seems like today is a good day for me to start since I can't eat :rofl: Maybe after the cold is gone the habit will just stay :lol:
 
Does the caloriecount website have all the the brand foods etc and supermarket foods?
 
I was on there earlier and searched for Taco Bell for a burrito I ate and they had it so I'd assume pretty much anything you search they should have or at least have something close to it
 
I think it has some UK based brands but majority are US im finding ... but you can add your own and then tag it so it comes up in the search :)
 
I'm 5'7.. I dont really want to loose weight anywhere else than my belly so will healthy eating still be the way to go? Or just exercise? Im crap at this lol
