Any Sonographers Here? What Could This Be?

What could the spot in the circled area be? I have been googling ultrasounds of other people at the same gestation and I haven't seen any similar looking spots. The ultrasound dated the pregnancy at 9+3 weeks.

I know this is an old thread but I have got a similar area on my 8 week scan of my twins, I went in for an early scan due to bleeding and the sonographer said that area was possibly where the bleeding was coming from but that it's just an area left where one of the babies implanted and would gradually disappear in not 100% sure what she meant by that but she didn't seem concerned at all
