Hi everyone, just wondered if anyone has some good tips for helping with bloating? For the past two days I feel like I have been inflated like a beach ball and nothing is making it go down! Any tips would be really appreciated!!! X

Make sure you have plenty of water, because otherwise that can cause you to bloat. avoid fizzy drinks, and salty foods =) xxx

I agree with mablepye - plenty of water - although stay close to a loo.

As you haven't specified the type of bloating I will add some bloating can be wind. I find lying on my back (on bed or floor) with my knees bent and moving them from side to side sometimes helps release the wind.

Sometimes peppermint tea (or sweet) will help.

Milk helps me feel better after each meal I have. I do suffer with bloating a lot. But yep as the other ladies have said, water will help you a lot too :)
