Any TTC #1 taking Vitex? Let's be buddies!

Hi ladies! I've been fairly quiet lately... When I was out of town for work I never got a + OPK and havent since but they had been getting lighter so maybe missed my surge.. Anyways temps have been going crazy, and FF hasn't pinpointed Ov... Until 2nd jan..

However, been really unwell for the last 2 weeks.. Nausea, vomiting and also out the bottom end (sorry tmi), hut no temperature and only happening at certain times of the day.. Sooooo did an IC this morning and 2nd line came up .. So thought I'd do a frer and bfn ..

So thats where I am.. Maybe preggo maybe not

I'm going to keep testing over next few days and see what happens!!

hmm that is a clear line... very stramge that FRER is negative. keep us posted! fingers crossed for you

Hi All!

I hope you don't mind me joining in. This is my first month off BC and I am currently on CD33 and waiting for AF. I hoped for a BFP but Progesterone Tests at CD22 and CD30 showed a level of under 5, so I haven't even ovulated.

I have PCOS but have always had pretty much regular periods off BC. I am hoping to start Vitex when my next AF arrives, which I'm hoping will be soon......

Would love to chat to people on this same frustrating journey!

Skin breakung out now.. I have 6 spots (yep I counted ) and haven't had spots in months... Probably since last easter was the last spot I had.. Im hoping but trying not to get hopes up..

Hi I'm Zakir I'm 27 I have often gone with out a cycle for months at a time. I was on bops to regulate but from what I've read there was never a high chance of that working anyway since I've been like this since puberty. So after coming off them af only stuck her head in the door a couple times. I took my last pill in11/13. I am now on cd 57 of my second cycle since the bcp.
I started taking natures way femaprin Thursday evening I'm so impressed and excited as it hasn't made me sick like the bcps and I'm already seeing change. My libido has picked up, I have watery cm(a first) and my usually flat temps are actually fluctuating. I!m so excited and I'm feeling very hopeful. I hope this leads me to baby #1!!!

I'm new here. Hope I can join in. We've been ttc for 7 months now. My cycles are anywhere from 35-45 days. I was on bcp for 12 years, been off it now for 10 months.

I started taking vitex a couple days ago. Hopefully it'll shorten my cycle. I'm on cd 29 today and still waiting for O. I had a flashy smiley 5 days ago, and solid smiley three days ago, but still no o.

Onelove, do you know how many mg your capsules are? My bottle Yas to take only one per day and each capsule is 80mg.

I also drink fertilitea. I quite like it! It's like green tea with a touch of mint.

Hi ladies,

I've been subscribed to this thread for a while but have not been active on the thread in a while. I got my this last Sunday on CD 60. I started taking vitex at the very end of November and had a fertility acupuncture session on January 4th. I think it's very possible that the combination of these two things helped. Just wanted to update since I had been using vitex. As soon as I got my bfp, I stopped taking it. I had started to lower my dose anyways because I was taking 3 a day at the very beginning. (this was the label's recommended dosage)
