Onelove, I only just started taking Vitex this cycle. But last 3 cycles (after my miscarriage) my cycles were all over the place, really short, no +ve OPKs... now I can say this time around my temps are very normal, lower than before which is good, and I got a positive OPK today, it was alomst positive yesterday and today, no denying it! Im so excited, we btb yesterday and will do so again today As for FF, its great and also gives you a visual of everything. Of course you need a few cycles in so it can get an idea of tendencies.

Oooh lovely +OPK and great temps there Mimi I think your temps are looking great compared to the last cycle on FF, I would'nt be surprised if you O'ed Friday or Saturday come on crosshairs !

You never know how much the cycle has changed purely because of the vitex but I bet it played a huge part just like the tea did for my Ov! Can only hope the next week gives me some more clues (but oh gosh I don't want to be testing round xmas!)

That's really great to hear that vitex has helped regulate your temps. I have not started temping or OPKs but am considering doing it in the next few months. But, I am noticing a change in my CM which is a positive

Here's hoping we get our as soon as we can!!!!

I've noticed more of a wet feeling down there and have had more watery CM. I've been taking Nature's Way vitex- one capsule 3x daily. I take one before breakfast, after lunch, and after dinner. Very noticeable difference with my CM. Hopefully that means ovulation and conception are to follow!!!!!!!

Ending day 5DPO here, having the concrete feeling we didn't luck out at all this month, feels almost like my period is on its way (i used to feel iffy a week before AF even on the pill) only time will tell to see, if i don't get AF by monday then I can officially say the tea helped with both O and AF, can't stand the wait !

Mimi i'm so pleased to see you got your crosshairs that's great, your cycle has taken a big improvement already from what you've described !

Hi Allison! I am on CD 20. I am not charting so I don't know when I will ovulate. DH and I are just BDing every other day for a while. I am not ready for the charting world but am considering it if I'm not pregnant by Mother's Day!

Well I'm cd18 and gradually getting darker opk's.. Gone from squinters to seeing a line..Out of town for work this week so hoping I don't get a +opk until the weekend!!

I am noticing that I have lots of CM now compared to having hardly any so good on that side of things

I'm planning on testing on the 25th, if by some miracle I don't have AF by then due to my shorter LP, FF says AF will be 22nd, 14day LP would be 26th but I figure i'll test the day after the family gathering so I don't have to know i'm pretty sure if I don't get AF by morning of the 23rd i'm gonna be staring at my tests just daydreaming about peeing on them

Haha, patience that's funny, it could be a really good Xmas if you test on Xmas day though... It's so hard to not POAS stick though. It's addicting!! Lol

Onelove, that's good you aren't charting. Sometimes you just need a break. I started temping to just to see what it shows, but I was on clomid the last 3 cycles and having to go to the dr office like 4 times a cycle so I already feel so much calmer since not having to do that anymore. It's amazing what a little relaxing will do!

i'd be testing from sunday if i wasn't so afraid of catching a chemical and getting excited for nothing, i'll tell hubby the second i see a + so i desperately want it to be the real thing, we're both already skeptical enough about early misscarriages, can't bear giving ourselves false hope !

On a random note, today i've been suffering the attack of the "stabbing in one nipple" pain, anyone else ever had that ? My boobs don't usually suffer except for nip soreness, when I poke it I barely feel anything though

I am noticing a LOT more wetness down there since I've been taking vitex. Any of you ladies experiencing that as well? I am hoping it is a sign of possible/pending ovulation!

I've noticed the wetness this cycle too. I haven't had the dry stage after af, but went straight to creamy cm and quite a bit of it, am hoping that means good things ewcm wise for later in my cycle

OneLove, Ive had ewcm (which I never had) and more watery cm so I can say yes this cycle with Vitex so far has been positive I dont think you need to chart if you know your body well using signs like cm and cp and also using OPK, for me, I like having the visual aspect of my cycle.

Patience, test with me Xmas Eve! lol, I also had the stabbing pain in my left nipple last night.

Haha once the in laws are gone by then I can totally test in the evening since I'm in Europe I'll be ahead of you anyway! Gosh I just hope so hard I am af free until then, the likelihood is slim but you never know!

I only let myself get excited by new symptoms (which then go onto my check list of "ignore this next time" so far new things are, oddly enough, feeling like I have af not the "af is coming" pain, the "i feel like I should be laying at home with a hot water bottle" sort of ache, last night I got ridiculously over excited cuz i had a twinge in my abdomen that was so violent my legs twitched in response it's silly though, any other day of the month I'd not think anything of it, now it's like "what if" i feel silly

awww don't feel silly, Im the exact same way.. and Im only 3 dpo so I know I cant really be having symptoms that early. Im just excited I've made it to cd20, last 2 cycles I bled cd18-19

Im taking vitex! I bleed for months on end....but somehow every opk is negative -_- youd thinknif im bleedimg id ovulate but I guess not.

Mimi! I'm following your ovulation chart- how did temping go today? When are you taking an HPT? Fingers crossed! Temps look good so far!

I am definitely noticing a difference in my CM. Part of me wishes I knew for sure whether or not I was ovulating. I don't know- maybe I'll pick up the charting. HA!
