Anybody a SW/trainee SW

I had my heart set on doing the social work course but didn't realise its not funded so I have a few questions.
*how much is the social work course? (I plan on ringing my local uni again on Monday to.find out but just wanted a heads up)
* is it possible to work part time & do the course?

Feel like I won't beable to do it due to money

I'm hoping to do a sw course Sept '13 if i can get the experience to do my post grad course. But mine is funded, you should get an nhs bursary, never heard of having to fund it anywhere.

I don't think you're able to do it part time because you have placements to do which are around 100 days a years. Is there no other uni's that are close to you or is it just that one? x

Are you an undergraduate or postgraduate?
The bloke who I spoke to from the busary place said the student needs to fund it I know he said I'd get a busary but if I use that to pay course fees I won't have any money

I know you have to do 200 hours, I'd be studying full time
