Anybody else 18/19 wks and still no movement?

I am half worried and half jealous really. Lots of ladies seem to have been feeling things for a few weeks but I haven't felt anything.

I did feel something remotely like a soft tap on one side about a week ago but nothing since.

Just really want to know that I'm not alone here

Hey, I had lots of movement last week, but hardly any the last few days. I'm trying not to worry as I know it's normal but....

Hi I never felt any movement at all till I was just over 19 weeks and even then it wasn't daily its only the last 3 days that ive felt daily movement and im 21 weeks, this is my 3rd baby and I was about the same with the other two

I hit 20 weeks today and I felt my first movement last night, I was beginning to worry even though I know that some people don't feel movement until 24 weeks, I just want to feel baby again so I know I have not imagined it xx

Thanks Ladies, it's nice to know that I'm not alone.

I sit/lie here barely breathing in the hope I will feel something.

AS soon as I do I will start worrying about something bloody else no doubt :doh:

I'm 18 and a bit weeks,have felt wind like 'movements' but then nothing for ages which makes me think it was wind! Not sure,this is my 2nd baby (5th pregnancy) and I'm sure it was around 19-20 weeks that i felt first movement with him.

i still havnt felt movements but they told me on my scan the other day ive got an anterior placenta & it could be a few more weeks yet,sighs, but least we got to see him wriggling about alot in there so we know hes fine x

I know I have a posterior so was hoping I would feel something.

I wish I had a home scanner! Actually no, I'd never get anything done.

Theres time yet your not yet 19 weeks.

i was 19+5 and it can be anything up to 21 weeks x

My brother's OH is about 6/7 weeks ahead of me and she felt her first movement at about 20 weeks so I'd not worry too much. The girlies at work tell me it's usually pretty hard to tell what is baby movements and plain old gas moving around with the first one but the second and or consecutive ones brings it all back!

I sit around poking and prodding my belly sometimes trying to get bubs to move He/she seems to have rly active days and rly quiet days (today being one of them)

But I didn't start feeling anything properly until last week, before then it was just like butterflies and gas...your time will come don't worry!

I think I felt the first movement today!! Felt like someone touching/tickling me from the inside! Very cool. 19 weeks, 6 days.

I only felt her a few days before my 20 week scan! At the time it just felt like a slight whoosing in my tummy and then it turned into little taps...now the little monkey boots me when she wants!

I find the only times i feel anything conclusive is lying in bath or when i am in bed about to settle for the night. So far only felt 2 definite pokes, other than that just general sense of movement.

COngratulations!!

I actually think I may have felt something last night. 4/5 really, really light 'pokes' (?) from the inside in the same place. Nothing since though.

I hope it was, and here I am HOPING to be kicked to pieces and kept awake all night soon. (I'm up half the time anyway emptying my bladder or trying to get my boobs comfy!!)

I've not had a sense of movement at all. That's what I've been waiting for, flutters and things or whoosing, but no. Guess I'm just expecting it because bump is quite big now and everyone keeps asking if I've felt anything....

I have another 3 weeks til mine and it's sooooooo far away. I only saw little one during a cervical scan a weeks and a half ago!!! I'll be almost 22 weeks by the time mine comes and have thought about asking them to bring it forward but then I think LO will be bigger/fatter by nearly 22 and by jove, had better be bloody kicking me by then otherwise I'll be poking constantly.

OH says he/she will come out with broken cheekbones the way I carry on!!
