anybody taking sertraline? or baby #3?

basically ive been taking sertraline for 5/6 months due to servere anxiety and im scared I have a dr apt tomorrow but I called today to ask about taking them as I got a bfp today (wasn't trying) and he seemed like I was doing the wrong thing I have 5yr old and 3yr old but now im in a state that im going to get told I wont cope etc I actually feel happy about tis pg but now im petrified about going to the gp

I'm on Sertraline. Got a faint line on a test. I've been on them for a year. They don't do anything for me anymore so I'll slowly wean myself off them.

My GP said not to worry at all about getting pregnant on sertraline. In studies there doesn't seem to be a great problem with it. The obstetricians here recommend it as the AD of choice. I'm on 100mg.

I saw my gp today hes advised I wean off them and I do feel ready to come off them I think !!
