Hi all,
I am 8 weeks pregnant today with my first, and for the past week I have had the biggest stomach ever.
I know most of it must be bloat. But I am so big all the time. Even when I wake up first thing in the morning I am huge!
I have been eating more than usual (to stop myself feeling queasy) so it is possible I have put on some weight, but this stomach as large and hard and round and well uncomfortable!
I am usually a size 10 and none of my trousers fit anymore. I have just bought some size 12 jogging pants with elasticated waist and hoping these will last a while. I am not buying maternity clothes already, not unless I have to. I have even had two people ask me "Am I pregnant" and "when is my baby due?" I have actually had to lie, as we aren't telling anyone yet.
It is not that I don't want a bump, I can't wait! I just can't deal with the "you shouldn't be looking like that at only 8 weeks, something must be wrong, i don't believe you etc etc"
Anyone else experiencing this?
