Anyone actually need breast pads in hospital...?

I never did with my first two, but so many people say to put them in your bag. For a standard 1-3 day stay, anyone actually have their milk come in while still there?

yep with ds2 even being severely anemic my milk was in on the morning of day 3 and i wasnt discharged till 5pm so defo needed them, with ds1 i was in for a week ( him not me ) and my milk came in and i went through loads

I didn't need them until I got home last time two days later

i have never needed them in hospital before but i think it will be different this time i am leaking loads just now and yesterday for the first time enough to go through my clothes so iI am thinking that i might need them before i have have the baby xD xx
