Hi everyone. I am currently 20 weeks pregnant ad did the Panorama test last Tuesday...so 8 days ago. Hospital said it would take around 10 days to come back. I will be 38 years old when I deliver, and I screened 1:190odds for down syndrome with my combined nuchal test and blood work.

Dr. said nothing jumped out as terrible on either...nuchal was 2.3 at 12 weeks although I am measuring a week big on all ultrasounds...so possibly was 13 weeks? My PAPP~A was 1.7 MOM which dr. said was a good sign as most babies with chromosnal abnormalities present with a low PAPP~A.

Sorry for the all the info....Just looking for anything positive to keep me at peace. I read that if abnormal results are found through Panorama or Harmony testing that they will call the dr. immeditaely....does this mean I would get my results sooner if something was wrong??

I am really struggling with the wait. I am in Ontario, Canada, and am REALLY interested in hearing anyone elses experiences.
Thank you!!!!

I had Verifi done at 12 weeks....same as Panorama, marketed under different name. My results took 6 days and were normal. Its likely taking a bit longer because you are in another country and Verifi touts their tests as quickest to get results back 3-6 business days they say. They actually email or fax the results to your Dr. so they will call as soon as they get them. This test is 99% accurate so much more accurate than the NT scan with combined bloods they routinely do. Your NT measurement is good, anything under 3 is normal so I would think you don't have anything to worry about. Good luck! These tests can make a person really stressed out. I almost regretted doing it myself, but when I got the normal results back I just felt so much better, and bonus, I got to learn babies gender early.

I had the same (different name) My results were sent to HongKong for analysis, and did take 13 days to come back, the company phoned me the day they came back, and then confirmed in the post. I asked the same question, but they said that the 14 days takes that long to process, and good or bad news would take the same amount of time.

Hi! Also from ontario here and I did the panorama at 10 weeks :). I ended up having to redo it because they didn't get enough "cells" the first time -so annoying lol - but was really glad I did it :). Found out the sex really early and all tests were great. I still had the Nuchal and IPS testing done anyways but the panorama is 99% and much better than any other testing and at no risk to mom or baby.

I hope you get great results so you can enjoy your pregnancy and relax :) xx

I had this test at 10 weeks and loved the whole process from beginning to end. Got my results in 10 days right before Christmas and it was wonderful to have a piece of mind so early in the pregnancy with so little risk. It was a bit lonely when I got to second tri and already knew the gender while everyone else was announcing but I would recommend it to anyone!

I had a combined test result of 1/40 (will be 39 at delivery) so had the Harmony test, which is similar and took 12 days to come back and was less than 1/10,000. I think they let you know as soon as the results are in regardless as it just takes time to process. My nuchal was 2.4mm at 12+2.

I know the waiting is terrible, but if you were in the UK, 1/190 is not high risk so you would not have been considered for further testing.

My 1/40 was a 2.5% chance, 1/190 is less than 0.5% chance. The combined results stressed me out unnecessarily and I don't feel they are very accurate so try not to worry! If I could go back in time, I would have the blood test at 10 weeks and enjoy my pregnancy more.

Good luck with it, I'm sure it will be fine.

Oh, and P.S - I also measured big although I know my dates are right. I'm now 19+4 and most of the measurements are 1-2 weeks ahead. They base what is 'normal' for the nuchal fold on crown-rump length, so if that is measured out just a tiny bit, it makes a huge difference to the measurement - again, lots of estimations!
