Anyone doing Hypnobabies Home Study Course?

I got a 6 CD set from someone who I know but don't have the manuals and books. Are the CDs enough to cover everything or are the manuals required?

But I do have a Hypnobirthing Book(Mongan method).

Is this your first pregnancy? If it is, I'd say the materials are helpful as they'll instruct you how to go through the CDs and whatnot. If you've done the course before then you probably remember a lot of the information anyway. There's a Hypnobabies Group on Yahoo.com that's really helpful too! I've only had the manuals the first time through, but still had my second naturally and should be having my third any day now and I'm expecting this one to go smoothly like the others did!
