I have been doing the 30 day shred for a while now it's been convenient because it's 20 min work out every day. short and sweet - just what you need when you have a 3 year old and a 6 month old
suddenly realised that level 2 is doing nothing for me any more (thou I about passed out when I first started lol) so shall be starting level 3 soon. Well I suddenly thought Omg what am I going to do once level 3 becomes to easy. I quite enjoy doing the work out as I feel so much better for having worked out I got so much more energy I feel so much more in shape etc
so I wanna sign up to a military fitness boot camp crazy right?
Anyone else done this? What's it like?
