Hiya,

Well am I alone on this one???

My hormones are maybe kicking in BIG time at the mo but all I cn think about is TTC...

Its like how I was when we were TTC for our wonderful little boy.

No idea where this urge has come from but its scarily STRONG!!!

Anyone else???

Me! LO is nearly 5 months and we started actively trying for number 3 last month. Unfortunately ended in a chemical earlier this month so impatiently waiting to ovulate at the moment. I really want to be pregnant again and have another baby!

It's just starting to hit me, now that my LO is starting to be less high-maintenance and a super-happy baby. I'd love to give her a brother or sister, but since I had an unscheduled c-section, my doc advised me to wait at least 18 months between deliveries. boooo

Yep me too. My little baby is nearly a toddler now and also my menstrual cycle has come back along with the hormones too. But the time isn't right yet (am getting married in the summer) so I'll be waiting till the end of the year.

yeah!!!!!!!! my LO is1 in 2 1/2 wks and I;m back at work tomorrow :( :( :( :( and I so want another little baby but I am trying to be realistic. I think we're gonna wait until sept to come of the pill with a hope to conceiving within 3-4 mths like we did last time - however I know that things don;t always work out as planned! But in my head I will be pregnant by next jan

I'm not desperate to TTC cos LO is hard work. But I do think about having another all the time. This sounds weird but I want to start the baby journey again so I can do things differently in the newborn stage. BUt I also want to keep LO special for a while and don't want to have another yet.

I was desperate after my ds was born... Low and behold I now have a 3.5 week old lg and there is a 1 yr and 6 day gap between them :)). I love my close age gap... And even though I said that I would not have anymore babies as 2 was our

And even though I said that I would not have anymore babies as 2 was our perfect number.... I would love another in a few years - hubby not so sure :-(

Good luck if u do ttc :) xx

My lo is 9 months old and has been high maintenance since day 1 but, I am crazy enough to want another one and would be over the moon if I got pregnant. Went through IVF for DD and have already seen the specialist and need to give up BF before we attempt it. Can't wait for DD to have a brother or sister. I get excited thinking about it.

Same here - 13 months between our two. DS is 2 weeks old and we had also agreed two was our lot. OH still wants to stop at our two (he has a daughter from previous relationship too) but I kinda know in my head I'm not finished yet!

Pretty much 2 weeks after my son was born I wanted another one! I loved being pregnant and had a very easy pregnancy and would be delighted to be pregnant again:thumbup: I'd love my kids to have a close age gap and also my husband is older than me and I don't want him to be too old while they grow up.
I'm EBF so I don't suppose we'll be able to TTC until Jack is 6 months or so and we wean him, and I probably wouldn't want to try much before then anyway. So if I have my way I'll be pregnant by Christmas, hopefully a couple of months before that! I'll have to convince DH though as he is so in love with our son that he says he wants to stick with just him! I'm sure I can bring him round though:haha: Maybe when Jack is a bit older and not so cuddly he'll want those newborn cuddles again so will agree!!

I've found it surprisingly easier than I imagined. Obviously I'm only 2 weeks into it and DS sleeps a lot at the moment but he just seems to have fitted right into our routine. DD's daily routine hasn't been affected at all really. And DD could sleep through a hurricane so the baby crying during the night hasn't bothered her in the slightest. I found it more difficult going from having no kids to one than I have found going from one to two.

I also think its been great for my DD. She was very dependent on me before I had DS, but as I've not had as much one on one time with her she's become so much more independent - she even started walking the week her baby brother was born.

I heard lots of horror stories about having two under two but so far it's been great here. I know it'll get harder as they both get older but that's probably the case with any age gap. X

Ummm ME! I keep thinking back to what we were doing this time last year (had just had 20wk scan!) and thinking of when we TTC again :)
I'm also obsessed with naming our next baby! :haha:

Yep... I completely agree with Amy, so far so much easier than I ever had imagined. I found the last few mths of pregnancy hard with a baby, but now my newborn is here I feel physically so much better and like Amy says the baby has slotted right into our family. I do try and keep myself organised (change bag is as ready as it can be), I get all of our clothes ready the night before, and keep to my toddlers routine all of the time (he gets grouchy when it changes). We still go out every day, whether that is baby groups, to the park of just to feed the ducks.

I couldn't have imagined it would be as easy as it has been so far. Obviously there will be challenges but what age gap doesn't provide those... Xx

I have a newborn and can't wait to TTC number two! I haven't even had af yet after birthing my son. Lol. But, roll on august or September!

Haha oh no... my uterus has fallen like Saigon and Philippe was the last chopper out!!!

No, but it would be a different story if we lived near my family. My mom is the biggest help ever, she's amazing! As it is they are 7 hours away. I want to be able to drive and visit them with K for at least a year more or so because they are unable financially to come see me. I don't think I could do the 7 hour drive with 2 babies. I also was extremely stressed the first few months of K's life. I only had my husband to help. I can't imagine things with a newborn and a baby to take care of by myself the majority of the time. I know I wouldn't cope well.

LOL DH and I have been discussing names the last few days.

No! I'm 28 and lo is 4 months if we have another we are going to wait until lo is at school I kind of want to focus on my lo for now and get my life back for a while! Plus not sure I could handle two babies lol and my lo is a fantastic baby x
