Anyone else go to a support group?

has or does anyone else go to a support group? have you found that it helps?

I found one that meets every Tuesday and i am thinking of going but im not sure if it will benefit me or be a waste of time. I am looking more for "ive been here, this is how i made it" vs "try and work it out, love him/her no matter what'.

The best support you can find is from friends, or at least that works in my case..
