Tick tock Tick tock... I'm feeling the pressure of time. I only have a 5 month window to conceive due to my profession. I know you can't time these things, but I can't try for another year if I don't conceive in that window. Is anyone else out there in a similar circumstance and if so what are you doing to better you odds.
