An explosion has destroyed three homes and killed a man and a women in west London, not far from me, apparently caused by a tree

Oh how awful! My mum lives in London so I'm worrying about her now.

I live in west London (not far form Watford) and don't understand how so much bad stuff has happened here, it really didn't seem so bad, I'm a light sleeper and only woke for a bit at 6am. So glad I am on maternity leave!!
