To make a long story short we jus did a cycle of femara fertility med was having pain on the left side went to do an ultrasound I'm cd 18 and the tech said we see no follicles no cysts no nothing they do a progesterone drawl and it comes back at 1.9 re says you are surging and they would recheck progesterone Monday how am I surging if they didn't see any follicles?
Come home today to a blarring positive ovulation test and ewcm Cd 18 is my typical o date any insite to any of this maddness?
