anyone expecting af around the 20th???

Oooh where can I get me the 20 tests for 3 quid - I definitely need to get me some of those. I bought a pack of clear blue digitals (2 in a pack) and used both at 2dpo now that could seriously break the bank if it takes me 6 months to conceive xx

Lol at testing at 2dpo- you are my kind of woman!!! I have bought my share of clearblue digitals but these take away the financial damage from the testing addiction at least. They're called One Step and they're on ebay and amazon, the ebay ones came in 24 hours and cost about 3 quid incl p&p - they get mixed reviews re reliability and I was particulalry scathing about them last month when they kept coming up with pesky negative results - minor detail being that I was not actually pregnant it turned out, but I still blamed the tests for as long as I could. My friend who recommended them got a BFP with them 5 days before she was due though, so I think for the testaholic they are a cheap way to indulge the craving. I figure if I keep getting BFN's when I kind of know I'm testing way too early anyway, it's less of a let down if I'm finally not pregnant than if I've gone the whole 14 days convinced by a combination of imaginary and PMT symptoms that I am...And of course there's always the chance it might come up positive. Anyway, I can give it up any time I choose...

I joined the site too - lol testing at 2dpo - sounds like something I'd do. I'm definitely out now and hating AF - in a ridiculous amount of pain - I think it's a design fault!

Thanks hun, had a hot chocolate, may see how it is next month then go to docs - I'm sure I shouldn't wake up with the pain - it's made me sick twice this morning Certainly made my hour commute even worse!

Morning girls...
think i may be out this month too...all my "symptoms" have disappeared and i stupidly did a test last night when i got in from work needless to say BFN so i defo think i'm out.
However it aint over till its over, so trying to keep my chin up. I was going to test on Saturday when i am due AF but i think i will try to wait until at least Mon on Tues (if she don't rear her ugly mug that is).
Isn't it so hard not to try and symptom spot? It's driving me and my hubby up the wall.
Every twinge i get he gets this look of excitement on his face bless....must really try to play it a bit more cooler so I'm not getting the both of us wound up and wondering!!

Hello ladies

Can I join you all?

I am due on the 21st so I am currently on 7DPO and have had the following symptoms

Constant headache since
Heavy boobs
very tentative nipples (hurts when anything touched them)
backache and sore hips

Am I reading to much into this or could this be our month?

I really dont know what's going on

Today I have woken up with sore back and hips with a pulling sensation from my belly button inwards plus very gassy and my boobs are all tingly also after i eat i get a horrid taste in my month

Am I sympton spotting or is this a good sign?

I am only on 10DPO and trying really hard not to test until saturday morning.

Teehee....i tested last night but it was BFN...so I know I will have to hold out again until the witch is late or shows up!!
But as i said in my last post all my symptoms have disappeared, but you never know!!

im trying to hard not to symptom spot and think logically like yesterday i had a headache and felt really tired but then i realised that i went to bed later than usual and that was why lol also it means when af arrives hopefully I'll not be too disappointed!

well i caved in yesterday at 6/7 dpo as my package of IC's arrived!! of course it was a BFN...i'm not really sure why i did it!!?

i had symptoms yesterday, sharp twinges in abdomen and breasts, dizziness and feeling full. but today nada, zip, diddly.

i might try again tomorrow at 8/9 dpo as i have 15 IC's left and i'm probably going to use them all up in this one cycle!

well i went and bought several "dollar store" tests yesterday just in case i get desperate. i don't want to use the FRER too early. but like many of you ladies, i'm really feeling nothing now. hard to stay pma thinking about it. i'm 9dpo today. i'm debating testing tomorrow, but i so abhor seeing that blahhhh. i keep praying i'll get some clear sign so then i'll know to test and get a this has been the longest 2ww for me so far. the days are drrrraaaaggggginnngggg and i'm obsessed!!! haha 2 months ago, i was CONVINCED we had our i remember what being preggers feels like (I think ) and i was so positive. i wasn't having any of my usual af symptoms, then at cd31 had a and af started next day. after reading some of the other ladies' posts on here, i think it was a chemical. i had never heard of that before. last cycle i knew it didn't happen. now i'm just afraid we're going to be going through this endless cycle of 2ww's. ugh. sorry girls for the rant and for rambling on. clearly not a good start for me today! and i've suddenly put on 3 pounds in the last couple of days. water weight/bloating i guess. just one more thing to make me feel gross.

pk2of8 You're not out until the arrives, tons of ladies on here have said they've had no symptoms and got their BFP! Don't forget every pregnancy is different too

I'm afraid I'm not TTC yet so hopefully someone more experienced will come along soon, you never know AF might not make an appearance and in a week or so you could have your BFP! xx

thanks a bunches R&G2007 and Jennifaerie!!! I really need a pick-me-up today! i just never expected "trying" to be so hard (I know so many ladies say the same thing!) and I think about the 3 years we spent preventing and think how stupid that was!! i know it hasn't been very long yet. just 4 cycles actively ttc, and about a year ntnp. but the longing for a baby with dh has been MUCH longer than that, so i think that's where it gets me. it's just so devastating to get the bfn and then af. and to do it over and over again. i have so much respect for the ladies that have been doing it so long!! well...here's praying for to be successful this time around!!

hi r&g i really hear u on the getting impatient front. trying desperately hard not test myself. have been feeling really emotional, which was something that i got when i was preg b4. dunno if its the stress that i know all us girls put ourslves thru. that full heavy feeling remains and the tiredness. i'm falling asleep at the most oddest of times lol. still approx 6 days to wait b4 af, i'm praying that she dosent. good luck hun and good luck to all us lovely ladies. hugs xxx p xxx

I am @ 10 dpo today, tested and - I am very gassy and have watery cm and cramps for 2 days. I don't know what they mean? I think I'll wait for another test until Sunday if the af doesn't show up...
