Anyone got a toddler and have bad SPD?

I got my crutches on Tuesday, and the relief I get is unbelievable. They really take the pressure off my pelvis.

Only problem is that I really struggle when I'm with Charlie.

How do you do it? Buggy and one crutch? Or do you lean fully on the buggy for support? Or do you make LO walk so you can use 2 crutches?

Any advise please?

I have SPD but dont have crutches and i have a toddler, i can manage with the pain but it gets really bad at night when Jack is in bed, when out walking i always lean on the pushchair for support. so not sure what advice i could give you x

I've sort of been doing a mixture of supporting myself on the pushchair and making Charlie walk while I use one crutch. Not the easiest!!
