Anyone had a family nurse?

I'm in the UK and I'm 11 week's and have a family nurse visiting me in a couple of hours. I'm nervous and don't know what to expect.

Has anyone had one of these before?

I have one, she used to come every week until the 6th or 9th visit then started coming every two week. She's really helpful! She's helped me with loads throughout this pregnancy.
Usually she just see's how I've been feeling about everything.. (My feelings, about the baby, about the birth, about babys dad not being there for me...)
Tells me LOADS of useful information....
