anyone had this as a symptom

hi all i am 7dpo and have had no signs until today but all i have is slightly sore bbs and blood in my nose but im not even sure if that is a sign what do you think

i have read that nose bleeds are a symptom of pregnancy. Also stuffiness is also a symptom especially at night xx hope this is a sign of something good for you xx

My cousin is pregnant and she gets nose bleeds. As for the sore boobs that was one of my signs x

thanks ladies i usually have loads of signs pretty much every month but this cycle i had a hsg test done and was hoping that might of shifted a few cob webs lol but ive not had any other signs
