Anyone have complaint details for Royal Mail?

I missed a parcel last Saturday. I knew I was going to be in on Thursday so I arranged for it to be redelivered on Thursday (I have the confirmation email)

It is now Friday and they postman has already been and STILL no parcel!

I am seriously sick to the back teeth of royal mail! :grr:

I wasn't in on Tuesday and missed another parcel and I am going to pick it up tomorrow but I'm not sure if this other one is going to be available to pick up as it is 'supposed' to be out for redelivery.

Does anyone have a contact telephone number I can ring to complain coz I am well pissed off that I have waited in for 2 days for parcels that haven't been redelivered like they said :grr: x
 
I bloody hate RM too, always losing my parcels whether I'm sending them or receiving them :dohh: x
 
Phoned that number V gave me and it didn't let me go through to an advisort was just telling me about the complaints procedure :wacko:

I just checked the website and used their international number (basically the local area code number) and I'm currently on hold

Well spoke to a lady who was very apologetic and has logged a complaint with the delivery office. I have just said I will just collect it tomorrow coz I'm not waiting till Monday for it now! Its my postbox for the wedding and I need to get it decorated! x
 
That number V gave is correct (I used it today for the millionth time) but they put you through this nightmare of "if you are calling for...press...but if you are calling for...press..." and it takes at least five minutes of chosing menu options to get through to being on hold for a person.

I think they do it to make you give up.

Our postwoman is an evil :mamafy: and I hate her. Today she has left a card to collect a parcel that "is too big for your letterbox" but when I picked it up it was tiny and I tried it in the box, it fits perfectly.

This is following the one we had on Saturday telling us the same thing. She never even brought the parcel to the house but she put on the card we couldn't collect it until Monday because the office shuts at 12 noon. And all the time it was sitting there, not out on her rounds with her but sitting in the office. We went in anyway and collected it on Saturday at 9:50am while she was still out on her rounds and complained in the office but they don't care because she's not part of their staff, they own the shop but don't hire the delivery workers.

So I've used that number today to put in yet another complaint against her and hopefully this time they will do something about her. :growlmad:
