Anyone have endometrioma on ovary

I had a scan on the 14th of March I was on cd 18 was told I had endometrioma on my right ovary, I've had no pain or discomfort on that side up until today which is cd 13 " ovulation day " now I'm in alot of pain since last night completely abnormal I usually get pain for around an hour then it's gone last night it hurt to sit down went bed hoped ide wake up without pain but its still there and still bad, I'm also having pain across my abdomen below my belly button anyone ever had anything like this

Also just to add the pain increased when I went to pee but only around my ovary area definitely NOT a uti

update I seen gynecology today she did a biopsy of my womb lining she said it looks like endometriosis I've got to have a mri scan done then a laparoscopy done anyone else have a biopsy done for endometriosis how long did it take for results
