Anyone have intense back pain? :(

I am 4 w 6 days and I am getting off and on intense back pain. I am really worried as my doctor told me this is concerning. Have anyone of you experienced this? I really dont want an MC, but this pregnancy has not taken off to a good start and I am not too optimistic

I have had some days with more back pain but not intense. Do you need a pain killer for it? Does it feel like labor?
I had pretty bad back pains with my son but different pain from labor pains. I hope it is nothing!
