Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. tbh I found the antenatal classes are really better for your partner Mine covered birth options and pain relief, interventions and stuff, but really wasn't that useful if you've done your own research...I think it depends on your instructor but we never got told breathing stuff. I think that's kind of oldfashioned now anyhow. Our instructor told us that when we go into labour we should go back to sleep if it's night time and if it's daytime start baking batches of cookies or muffins or something. Or do something distracting since it may be awhile. She said by the time you start burning the cookies it's time to go to the hospital, birthing centre, or make sure your midwife is at your house for a home birth. I found it pretty good advice. I didn't make cookies, but I watched some movies and stuff for a few hours before heading out. Kind of wish I had baked something though...little snacky things are great when you are sleep deprived after the baby arrives.
How is everyone im wanting updayes well i have been MS free for a week and a half hoping it stays away lol, also my appetite has increased heaps i feel like im always eating lol, and OH loves the extra bra size so far even tho its no touchy touchy hahahahaha to sore OUCH!. fatigue is really setting in but thats something im gunna have to get used to lol.
I'm MS free too (although still feel ill if I get hungry) so eating a lot. I'm also still quite tired but hear that gets better in the second tri. My boobs aren't really getting bigger but my nipples are (eww).
Other than that, I'm feeling pretty normal now. My belly is starting to stick out. Can't wait to get out of the 'is she just fat?' stage to the 'awww she's pregnant' stage.
yea and coz i had so much bleeding 2 weeks ago just wanna make sure things are ok, i got the scan on thursday hehe im gunna ask for a pik. i hope things are ok!!
