So I've been having a rough two days and I'm sure there are some of you out there who are going through the same thing. Thought I was pregnant because my period was 4 days late... it's still barely even here but all hpt's say negative. I think I'll start any day.

Anyway... I was emailing with a friend today and she sent me this scripture below...

"But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently." (Romans 8:24) and then only three verses later "and we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him." (Romans 8:28)

That was exactly what I needed to hear today and I hope it offers hope and comfort for some of you as well. This road can be tough... especially when we're trying for our first baby. We constantly wonder, "can I even have children?" We just want to know we CAN, right? I have to keep reminding myself that His plan is far greater than any plan of mine. I need to trust that God hears my prayers and has good plans for me.

I thought I'd post this thread for any of you out there who need some positive encouragement because I know I do :) Keep your head up, ladies, and know that our BFP's could be right around the corner!

So sorry you are having a rough couple of days. I am right there with you girl...just been a lousy week. Thanks for that bible verse. It did make me feel better :)

Good luck to you...hopefully we both can get BFPs in May!

sunshine... I'm glad it made you feel better. Hoping for the best for to the both of us! If you don't mind, how old are you and how long have you been trying?

Beautiful quote...thanks for sharing. :flower:

Here's hoping you'll get a late BFP this month...you're not out yet! :dust:

I love hearing things like that. Such beautiful truth.. Now the waiting paiently might be a little difficult.:flower:

I am 29 and have been ttc now for a year. I had VERY irregular periods when I went off BC last year (every 8-10 weeks or so). In December I was fed up with all the guessing and went to see a FS. They did all the tests (blood, ultrasounds, HSG) and found I wasn't ovulating. They put me on clomid in January and monitored me. The first month it worked and I got pregnant...which turned out to be a chemical pregnancy. Last cycle I got a BFN and now I am on CD 15 and should be ovulating tomorrow or Tuesday. **fingers crossed** HOping to get my BFP

What about you? What is your TTC journey?

I'm 27 and DH is 28, we've been ttc for about 9 months, but I only ovulated 4 of those months. I'm on Clomid to ensure ovulation and I've had an HSG and all is clear! My DH has had a SA and he has super swimmers, so we're just waiting for the cycle where everything goes perfectly! I get down sometimes because pregnant people are popping up all around me, but I have to trust God's timing and trust that only He can make this happen, and when it does, it will be perfect. :) Hope to keep in touch with you ladies as we continue this process! Best of those to you guys on this cycle!

I agree with you completely and I think that is what I have learned the most out of the last 9 months of our TTC. Its not in our time but Gods, and we will be blessed with children. It just might be a little longer wait then what we had first thought. I wish you all the best in the next few months and hope we all get our BFP!! God Bless

Neat that our journey has been similar! : ) Where are you in your cycle? Do you temp/use opks? Also, are you on any meds or anything?

Thank you for sharing those verses---what a wonderful reminder! God has a perfect plan, and yet we get so impatient waiting. We just need to remember that He has a specific plan for our lives, and His way is the BEST:)

Thank you for sharing this Bible verse.
I have faith but sometimes I get really down and impatient.
DH and I have been TTC for 15 months now so we really hope we'd get our BFP soon.

God bless us all.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to check in and see if anybody has gotten any good news? I'm on cycle #9 and am trying to be hopeful! I had some spotting yesterday and today that I'm really hoping ends up to be implantation spotting, but I guess only time will tell.

Really hoping some of you have some great news to share!
