Anyone not finding out the gender?

How do you deal with people having a strop at you for not finding out? I haven't had this yet but I think it might happen, i.e. family etc wanting to buy pink/blue and getting upset when we don't oblige!

If we decide we're not finding out and anyone has a strop I'll throw an even bigger one. There's lovely neutral items that I've seen, some I like more than pink or blue.
Just tell them they can buy once baby has been born and if they throw a strop then ignore them and walk away, at the end of the day it's your decision not theirs. Don't let anyone make you feel bad

I didn't want to worry whether they'd got it wrong. I was happy boy or girl, and thought if I got used to the idea and it was wrong, i might get upset unnecessarily.

I was thinking the same thing! Also, I told OH it's gonna take us 6 months to pick a name, so if they tell us the wrong sex and we don't have a name picked out for the other, the poor kid's gonna be nameless for 6 months!
