Thanks Tigerlilies and congratulations.
I used musinex (the one that only had Guaifenesin as the active ingredient) and I also drank grapefruite juice. I did get small bursts of increased CM but it was never the "slippery" EWCM only the wet stuff that drys quickly on my finger. The only thing I can think is perhaps my hormons are still jacked from the mc last month, because the past two rounds of clomid the CM were not an issue. I had two full days of the EWCM each cycle. Also I normally only get positive OPK's for about 24 hours, I am on hour 38 and the reading is only becoming more positive each time I test and I have been testing every 4 hours or so expecting to see the line fade. Im wondering if my body is trying to ovulate but having difficulty releasing the egg in turn keeping my surge high. If this round does not work I think I am going to take a month off. It's been 16 loooong months of ttc and I need a mental break. (don't quote me on that because it's being able to try again that has kept me from losing my mind, so if AF shows [would be around February 3rd] I may have a change of heart and move forward with the next step... IUI)

Amber, I'm sorry for your loss but you are very welcomed to our thread! I had messed up cycles too after my loss and was having a shorter luteal phase as well. Clomid really did help with that.

Hope, I used Conceive Plus and Robitussin b.c I don't feel I make enough CM either. If there isn't enough CM the uterus would be a hostile environment for the sperm b.c the uterus is slightly acidic and the sperm need a slightly basic pH to survive but the conception lube will help the sperm survive as well as their mobility.

I wanted to make sure my hcg levels were increasing before I announced anything. My levels looks great and I'm really excited! I pray there will be more announcements soon!

I'm getting scared of hearin bout hostile uterus environment,I do hope dat doznt happen dis cycle 4 any of us,I'm producin so little CM wit dis clomid.b4 without clomid n wit d pcos I did produce d EWCM,now barely nothing.if dis cycle isn't it,I must talk 2 my gyno bout d CM.

thank you tigerlillies 4 the reasurance,im a little bit mor relaxed about the CM issue,but i still do check it constantly.im CD 12 today,n im definetly feeling dat things r going great inside,ive been having a lots of pain since yesterday,yesterday i couldnt barely concentrate wit d pain,today im havin pain in both ovaries it seems,couldnt BD last nyt,coz i was so tired,but deff did it dis morning,i think im trying my hardest to cover all the days possible,since i dont like using OPK,im going to count tuesday as officialy 1DPO,that should cover it i tink.

hi ladies im also ttc. meil congratulations to u. can u tell me meil what is your early pregnancy symtems after ovulation till now.

i havent felt anything different really maybe just a little bit nauseous at night and also you will noticed on my fertilty chart i did have some cm brown/bloody i thought AF was on her way as iusually spot before
AF as well....but i remember with Trystan pregnancy with clomid too (if you click on the chart of March 8 ) i did not have spotting but like a bleed before the BFP but i guess its kind o the same...

Also in my first pregnancy sympthons really did not kick in before 8 weeks ...i also in my first scan had 2 fetal poles that was suggesting twins...one diseapear on the 8 weeks scan so going to make sure this time it may not be twins again ! ( the fetal pole that diseapear actually gave a subchronic hematoma that gave me a lots and lots of trouble during my pregnancy !!! )

Brill, I did one month of 50mg, had a bfp that month but it was a chemical PG, was referred to the fertility clinic so had another cycle before doing the 100mg and was lucky enough to get PG again on that.

I haven't had much in the way of symptoms either, my BB feel a little heavier than usual but nothing major and maybe slightly more tired than usual.

Hey Ladies!! I wanted to join's y'alls group if that's ok. I will be starting my first round of Clomid tomorrow 50 mg days 3-7. My DH and I have been TTC for 10 months and we have found out I don't O on my own very often. In 5 months I only O'd once hoping this does the trick.

Congrats Tiger and Miel!!!!!!!!!! Happy & Healthy 9months to both of you.

AFM: I am on CD 17 and I useually "O" on CD16 (useually get + OPK on CD15)but am not for sure if it happened because I had negative OPK's until and up to CD14 but I completly forgot to test on CD15 but tested on CD16 and it was a BFN so IDK. I will have to wait until the 28th to find out for sure.

Update: I just took a OPK and it is + on CD17 so I should Ovulate tommarow for sure right? Well the 24th of Jan lol. We are scheduled to DTD tommarow and did it yeaturday (CD16) so I hope we catch the egg this month since it is the 1st time on Clomid.

My Questions are:

Does clomid normally delay "O" by 2days?

Is it better that it was delayed? (like is the egg more mature)

Has anyone on here had any luck with 50mg a clomid CD5-9 and also have a blocked tube?

Ok so I thought my dr. was putting me on Clomid but when i went to get my script it was Femara Has anyone used this before....he completely skipped the Clomid and went for the highter dosage of stuff...so I can leave this tread if I need to...

Killeen, it could delay O, that hasn't personally happened to me but I know another girl that it did. The egg would definitely be more mature so that's a good thing! Unfortunately I can't offer any advice about the blocked tube.
