I took it but I dont feel it did much. I guess i expected a better O or more regular but it didnt make a difference.

It's kinda hard to get people to talk answer your threads so thank you for saying something lol! I am soooo anxious for tomorrow I can't stand it. So you know a lot about follicles and stuff? Ok thank you! This is my second month on femara. I have PCOS. I went in Monday to get my follicles checked on cd 13. I've been having dull cramps since cd8. She told me that they were too small because my big one was 11mm and I had a 9 1/2 mm one also. She told me to go and use opks and to try on our own. I didn't want to do this because last month my biggest follicle was a 6mm and I O'd around cd20 and nothing came of it. They upped my femara and here I am. I guess my question is, do you think I have a good chance at having at least one that would be 18 mm tomorrow so I can get my trigger? The nurse thinks that I'm annoying I'm sure because I think I ovulate but my body doesn't drop it which is why I have cysts and I think I O later than she thinks I should. Also I woke up today and took my opk and got a blinking smiley face!! Any input would be greatly appreciated. I really think I have a good shot but I'm hoping its not just hopeful thinking. I'm so excited and anxious I'm driving myself crazy haha. Just need someone to talk to about it I guess

11 on monday to 18 friday is possible! Id BD for sure!

and the FE will cause your O to be stronger and better.

I was told I have PCOS and dont O. But later testing said i dont have PCOS. Maybe thats why it didnt work, im not sure in my case.

This is my first round of Femara (12.5) and I also go in tomorrow to check if it's worked. I totally get being super excited. I didn't really feel much from it other than being tired for a few days and more cramps during AF - I took it CD 3-7 and it did extend spotting for me until about CD 8. I'm a little skeptical it did anything because I don't feel anything in the ovary area. I also usually get a high on my digital OPK by today and usually O cd12 or 13 but I haven't gotten a high yet. I'm hopefully going to trigger this round anyhow but those darn eggs better cooperate!

Yeah my first month I was on 5mg and my biggest follicle was a 6mm. Opk said I O'd on cd 20 but nothing ever came of it. This cramping is definitely a first for me. I never cramp unless I'm ending AF. This month is just so full feeling, the cramps aren't sharp or anything. Just bloated and tender with like dull cramps. Kind of hard to explain. It is soooo hard to not be anxious. I did soooo good until I got that flashy smiley this morning haha. I will let you ladies know how tomorrow goes and let us know how you did too

Hi ladies. This is my first cycle on femara. I did three rounds of clomid. Had an ectopic pregnancy which resulted in emergency surgery to remove my left tube that ruptured. I am taking femara 5 mg cd 3-7 and then follicle check cd 11 which is wednesday. I will hopefully trigger thursday night cd 12 and iui cd 14 in the morning. Then start progesterone 3 dpo. I am using femara for more follicules. Dr knows I ovulate but usually cd 17. Dh sa showed low motility but has since increased to normal levels due to vitamins.

Hi ladies, I only ended up with two follies, one that is 18mm and one that isn't big enough at 11mm. I triggered tonight and will go in for the IUI on Sunday.

Hi everyone. This is my 1st cycle on femara and first cycle charting. I didn't respond to 50mg or 100mg of clomid, so I saw the specialist who diagnosed me with bad pcos, very high prolactin, and a submucosal fibroid, and gave me 5mg Femara days 3-7.

On CD16 I hadn't seen a positive opk, so I went in for an ultrasound and had 3 large follicles, one on the right at 14mm, two on the left at 13.5mm and 12mm. Late Tuesday night I had a positive opk and I believe I ovulated about 24 hours later. I had lots of pressure and cramping around both ovaries for a few days prior to ovulating, and I've never felt o pain before so I'm hoping that was a good sign.

My temps and cm confirm o, so that puts me at the beginning of 4dpo right now. I'll have progesterone drawn this week. I'm wondering if it will be higher if more than one follicle released? I'm pretty sure once they get larger than 10mm, they release with the LH surge, so it's possible I had 3 go. Now I'm just trying to stay calm through the 2ww! (Haha). With my 1st pregnancy we weren't trying and actually used contraception all but one time, 4 days before ovulation...but then miscarried. Since then I've only ovulated twice. The time prior to ovulation always takes waaayyy longer, so I think the 2ww should be tolerable.

Yeah 18mm is good!! I had two on my left side, one was 19mm and the other was 16 1/2 so I waited till the next day to trigger. I got my +opk yesterday morning. I've had crazy heavy feeling in my stomach ever since. Hurts to stand up all the way and any pressure hurts like sitting on a step for example lol. So I'm either 1 dpo or tomorrow is. Hard to tell. I also have PCOS so I believe this is my first time ever Oing. Maybe that's why its so painful? I could even feel my follicles growing. But the pain has definity dipped from the sides of my belly button to way down to my bikini line
