Looking at a few bits from there for Christmas, I'd pay it off as soon invoice as it came.
Just wondered what they are like though?

thanks

xx

I've ordered quite a lot from them, and they've always been great with me. No probs at all.

xxx

I've been ordering off studio for years, everything has always been good for me, they do have some bargains in there sometimes and i love getting their personalised stuff for my son/nieces and nephews for christmas. xxx

my catalogue came yesterday! love it!!! xxx

I shop with Ace, which is pretty much the same as Studio and I've never had a problem. :) xx

They're really good but don't fall into the trap my mum did (pay it in small amounts) as she now has a £3000 bill. What a tit :dohh:

The only thing I dislike, is that I wanted to buy a Blackberry from there, but they have it in every other network but 02! Not happy about that :(

Iv used Ace and Studio befor (think they are the same company) and have never had any real problems, only thing to watch out for though is the personalised stuff can sometimes appear a little tacky looking and cheaply done.

Thanks girls :)

I will order the few bits I want then. Got a sale book, not had a full catelogue, might request one!

I've ordered from these once before, although it wasn't christmas stuff. It was a bathroom cabinet that seemed a reasonable price at the time. They kept saying it was out of stock, then gave a date for when more would come in, and they'd suddenly go out of stock again every time i called. I was waiting months before i actually got my item....which was left in my bin because i wasnt in to recieve it! They got funny with me when i made them wait weeks for the payment and tried to charge me extra for it!

i think they have some crazy bargains and have always wondered what the catch is ?! x

Iv used them before, they arnt bad at all :flower:

You have to phone them up to get a account number though that's what they said to me on the phone like to see if you pass the credit checks to pay it back bit by bit?? is that what other people have had to do?

Yeah, most places with schemes that you pay over time need to do credit checks, I've been knocked back by all of them as I have no credit at all (only been in my house for 6 months, before that was with parents). Not got bad credit, but apparently it's hard to build good credit, so shall have to hope that I have enough credit one day :haha: xx

I like a few things from there but am a bit pit off by it being a catalogue thing I'd rather just pay by card there and then is it easy to pay off in full? Do u get lots of mail from them on as you joined the catalogue?

Usually i just get a monthly statement from them that has a few sale brochures with it. The catch with it is they charge you a monthly service charge depending on how much you owe. Has anyone ordered the personalised childs chair and cutlery? I'm thinking about getting both for lo if they are any good.

So you don't get any charges if you pay it all off in full as soon as you have had the stuff

I dont know as I always put mine on credit. I imagine if you pay it early enough they cant charge you but not sure on that.

I've not but know someone who does and she always says how good they are.. I'm a bit put off by stuff that has some good deals I always wonder what the catch is :haha: Might try it though as so many people use it!

I've just placed my first order with them :happydance: ordered a load of wrapping paper, some christmas cards, a christmas tree :wohoo: and a few bits of man utd merchandise for Chris (rubiks cube, boxer shorts and a coin saver that adds the money up) :D £65.81 and I had £7.28 knocked off as it was my first order and I used a first order promo code - 030 which gave me 10% off and free delivery

Really hope it goes through as I haven't got the best credit, but plan on clearing it all in one go so that I don't owe anything
