right here! i'm not a fan of gyms but i have a strict 'no elevators' rule, even if it means climbing all the floors in a building to get to the floor i want. i try to do this a few times a day. i do pushups, situps (may dispense if i get a BFP), squats, and yoga stretches. not a runner but love to cycle. i'm planning to continue everything that's low-impact when i'm PG. i figure that the increased blood flow, endorphins, and the better nights' sleep that i get when exercising will all be good for my bub! DF loves to work out too, so i've got a good support system!
