I have lost weight over christmas, I don't really like christmas food (chocs, turkey dinner, biscuits etc) so haven't eaten as much. Take aways being closed means I starve lol

i wasnt going to post on here but just want you all to take care in losing the weight you want all you need to do is excerise eat healthy and drink lots of water :wink: easier said than done i know
