I ran out of my regular prenatals that I had leftover from my last m/c - but I never got a prescription from my ob/gyn so I got myself an over the counter one. I got Womens one a Days Prenatal with the extra DHA Pill I took it last night and honestly I feel great ... I dont feel that same sluggish feeling or that I'm dragging myself out of bed. I heard alot of mixed reviews about these set of pills... 1. being that DHA is a mood elevator (which could explain why i'm feeling so chipper) and 2. that these pills have caused m/c's...
... I'm waiting for my doctors office to open just to run it by him. But i feel so great, and I didnt want to go so many days without taking my vitamins. Has anyone else taken them how did you feel? any problems?

I've only taken them for like 4 days now i feel fine... don't scare me!! let me know what you find out
thanks

They said its perfectly fine to take ... phew ...

That's what I'm taking, and it's what I took with my first pregnancy. Both times, my doc told me not to bother with prescription prenatal vitamins - that the One a Days were totally fine.

I was taking them for two weeks...I am still taking the vitamins, but I quit taking the DHA supplement because it contains fish and even tho it most likely will not harm the baby I don't eat any kind of fish not just because of mercury levels I am just not a fish person....but I am going to get enfamil lipil DHA because it is the same DHA in enfamil baby formula and does not have any mercury or fish!!! Just my opinions....you should use what ever you have and feel safe using!!

Those are wahat I take since before I got pregnant and I love them. The fish oils are good for you, especially in my case. I have a certain condition that is improved by the right fish oils.

That's what I take and have been great for me!!

doc said they were fine for me. Took them throughout TTC but she changed me over to prescription after BFP. I still have whats left over incase i run out before refilling the script! I wouldn't stress it hon, most docs say they are fine. With my insurance the prescription ones are 1/2 price so i take those instead.
