Hey ladies I was hoping to join:flower:
I have a beautiful 14 month old daughter and we are currently ttc #2, I am on cycle 4 but af is due on the 3rd so will shortly be on cycle 5. I am not too confident right now but I am excited to start a new cycle. I bought a bbt and was suppose to use it this cycle but it didnt come in time so will be using it next cycle along with opk's, pre-seed and Im going to buy some vitamins that are suppose to help increase cm
sending lots of :dust: to you all and congrats to those that got their bfps:happydance:

Twinks I'm only 30 mins from reading! How weird is that? We live between reading and Oxford really but Oxford is my hometown so I always feel like I'm from there even though we are in the middle :-)

I have to say I was enjoying 50 shades (ahem!) but only started reading them when my dd was about 6months and just never got round to finishing them! Maybe I will go back to them now!

Proud momma - eek! Re your sisters wedding!! Well we can't control these things so just wait and see what happens. If af shows up then you can go to the wedding and if she doesn't, well then your sis will get an extra special wedding pressie!! ;-)

Well I am not going to the wedding ( it's in Europe ) but I need my mom to
Come here and help me since we don't have anyone here and we cannot afford my OH to stay home for a week or so . So that's why it would be complicated ...

Ah sorry, reading the thread too fast :-( try not to worry until it happens - and even if it does I'm sure you will figure something out. Don't add extra stress!!

Abbi -welcome! Come and join us, some lovely ladies on this thread. I'm just about to start cycle 4 so in a similar boat. How long did it take you last time? Took me 3 months so it was hard to swallow that this time around, when my body is supposed to know what to do, it is taking longer. That said, now we have passed our last ttc time, I feel somehow more relaxed and not like I'm competing with my 2011 self - does that sound crazy?! X

It took us alittle over a year to conceive our daughter, and now were coming up on 4 months of trying, if we hit the money shot next cycle we will have another July baby:haha: which I am surprisingly excited about:blush:

Abii I hope this is your month! I am sure I read somewhere about how we are programmed to be more fertile on particular months - perhaps having a July baby is just the way you work?! Fingers crossed! X

Welcome Abbii

thank you:flower: congrats on your bfp:happydance:
Im hoping so too fleur:haha: what cd are you on?

Good morning girls ;) , how are you all doing / feeling ?
Welcome Abii :)
My breast situation is still the same ... They hurt , they are sensitive and I think they grew even more :-O . But no other symptoms . I decided to take a test Friday ( 3 days before expected AF ) . I have one of those tests that should tell you 6 days before AF so it should be pretty accurate . Last month it showed positive 6 days before so will see .
Halloween is coming so we may go pumpkin picking and take some cute pic of our baby boy since my OH told me he should be home soon today .
Also , do you girls drink coffee ? I know it is allowed to drink little amount of coffee a day while trying and while pregnant but I still feel guilty since it may cause miscarriage ( in high doses but still ) or it may cause low birth weight or premature labor . I did not drink coffee at all with my baby boy but now if I don't drink cup a day I fall asleep in the middle of the day and I cannot get out of the bed :D

Abii - I'm on cd8, first month using cbfm, no highs as yet but I'm not surprised as I don't think I ovulate to cd16ish or maybe even later.

Proud momma - still sounding positive! I don't drink tea or coffee or any caffeine now we are ttc - in all honesty I doubt one cup hurts but I'm not that fussed by tea or coffee and I just want to give myself the best possible chance and feel like I'm doing everything I can, if that makes sense?!! I wish I could say the same for giving up chocolate...

I am not sure about anything anymore . So will see because I am getting more and more confused day by day with the changes in my body  . I am not bloated anymore . But today I started to have there weird short sharp pains like on the edge of my vajajay ... Sorry  .
I would say we are the same in this one , I am kinda addicted to chocolate
I just wish I would take it the same way as I did the first time and just didn't pay attention to when I get pregnant and just wait for my AF to be late some day . It would make things so much easier for me

Haha I know!! I was pretty freaky the first time around with stressing about getting pregnant but this time is a whole new level, or maybe I've forgotten what I was like? I don't know!! I just hope it happens soon!! Sharp vajayjay pains could be good? I have fingers x for you.

I had lunch with a friend today whose just had her second - oh my god the baby was so cute! And she was wearing one of my dd babygros I had lent her, I so want another baby! xx

I don't know what's happening with us :D it's not like we are 50 years old right ? :)
I know right ? I am watching every single baby anywhere I am and just want to take the baby and cuddle :D

Haha I know!!! And we already are lucky enough to have one kid??! I remember coming on here when ttc my daughter and thinking how all the second timers were moaning about nothing as clearly they were able to get pregnant and lucky enough to have one child!! Now I am one of them!!!!

We would like to have daughter because this would be our last child . But I don't think it's gonna happen since my HO has son from previous relationship and we have a son together .the most important thing is for the baby to be healthy , but a girl would be a bonus :)

Lol Fleur I can't believe you only live 30 minutes away when this board has lots of people on it from places like America!

Welcome Abii :-D

Proud Momma I kinda know what u mean. I'd love a girl but would be so surprised if we had one as both sides of the family are heavily dominated by boys. Before having my ds I couldn't see myself with a boy as I'm quite girly. Now though I couldn't picture myself without a ds and would be over the moon if we had another son too.

Girls I'm being a bit slack at coming on here as I've started a new crochet project- a blanket for my ds. I do love crocheting :-D keeps me sane in the 2ww. I'm due on next weekend. Ah well work will keep me busy this afternoon and all day tomorrow. Do miss ds tho when I go into work :-(

Can I join you? This is our first month of actually 'going for it'. I think we're going to be a bit more NTNP though as my son still doesn't consistently sttn, but I recognise some of the names here from the trimester boards from first time around and I'm hoping that's a good omen :D Ideally I'd like another summer baby, but it took 5mths, 6 cycles before we conceived my son, so I think is have to be really lucky for that to happen. Biggest worry for me is morning sickness. I had pretty bad all day nausea and then heart burn and rib flare. I jut about kept it together last time, but with a running 16mo and a commute three times a week on a coach, I'm really hoping I might have a milder case this time around.

Oh and I guess I'm cd7 so you guys might even get a BFP before I ovulate! :D

Hello notnic!!! I'm only on cd9 so not much ahead of you :-) welcome to the gang! You never know you could get lucky first month - I know a lot of people who have conceived their second on first go. I'm onto month 4 now - conceived month 3 last time :-(

Anyway lots of luck to you!

I woke up feeling really fed up today - no good reason, weather just so meh!!!! No high on the cbfm yet although didn't really expect to get one this early...

I think seeing my friend and her new baby yesterday just got me down a bit. It feels like that is such an impossibility for me at the mo, crazy I know!!

Ps twinks - I really need to take something up like crocheting or knitting, keep me sane??!
