anyone using preseed here?

DH and I bought preseed recently to help ttc. We figured out how to use it. The instructions are easy enough. My husband had a wild idea to ejaculate in a cup and we mix with the preseed gel then inject the whole mix in me to have some more control over what goes in meand what could be leaking out. I actually like the idea but he doesn't because he thinks it's like artificial insemination lol. What do you think of his idea? Anyone else using preseed?

I'm using pressed this month and really like it!

The idea you mentioned is interesting, but I think your best chance is to apply as directed and have him ejaculate inside of you. Many sperm die right away, and by manually mixing them, I would imagine it would destroy more of them. I'm not an expert by any means, but I think your chances are better by doing it the "normal" way.

thanks Michelle! Guess we'll keep trying it the good ol' fashioned way. The directions don't specify how much to load into the applicator. How much preseed are you using? My DH and I fill it to the "3" line and use as directed. Do you use more than this?

Please update me if pre-seed works for you. I have been trying to get my hands on some. Heard it makes a difference for even low sperm count.

I think I've been trying the 1 or 2 line. I'm still learning myself, so not sure!

We picked some up too, but we're waiting for me to O to use it. I think you're chances are higher if he ejaculates in you. As PP said sperm die instantly and especially if exposed to the air.

Second month using preseed. I only remembered to use it twice this cycle and only once in our first cycle trying it lol. Try not to plan sex so much. But I do like it!

Anyway, I'm not sure that method is going to work, lol. I think your best shot is by having him ejaculate inside of you as deep as possible. They may die really fast if you expose them to air and mess with them. You should watch the great sperm race on YouTube if you haven't

I don't remember reading in the directions about using pre-seed an hour before sex. We just load to line 2-3 and start BDing soon after, maybe wait 5 max. Is that wrong?

I didn't read that either. I used it about 10 minutes before we DTD.

I like that stuff by the way. It feels more natural compared to other lubes.

Mee! Its my second month using it but this time its being used along side clomid ... I love it and so does oh we have used it even when I aint fertile we like it so much ... On my leaflets it states that "if this application method provides to much moisture for you apply the product earlier before intercourse (e.g up to an hour) or apply fewer grams of the product"... I tend to apply mine 30 mins before bd I also fill the applicator to the 2/3 mark) otherwise *tmi* its to wet.... It also says to bear down and expel extra pressed after application and wipe off excess product from the vulva area (personally I don't do this)
