I'm on my first clomid cycle. 4dpo. So far I just have sore nips and occasional cramping. I feel anxious. I have a good feeling about this cycle. :)

ME ME ME! I am also 4DPO ( i think) and was on Femera this cycle, so we're similar in stats/etc.

GOOD LUCK TO US ! :)

Yay I'm excited. :) how are you feeling? Is femera the shots?

Hey,

Can i join? Im between 1-3DPO. Not 100% sure as didnt use opks this cycle but i think im 2dpo lol! This is cycle 3 ttc after mmc xx

It took me 6 months to get my period on my own after my late miscarriage. You're more than welcome to join us. :) I'm kinda scared of the possibility of having twins. I miscarried because there was a tear in the amniotic sac and it got infected. Idk if my body can handle twins.

Femera is like Chlomid - no shots - just pills that force you to ovulate. When I had my scan, they saw 2 follicles -so more than one was stimulated. Who knows what will happen???

I had the HCG trigger shot on Saturday - and am on Progesterone now.

GOOD LUCK TO US!

hey,

sorry to hear about ur mc :( I have no idea why I mc, I was 9 weeks along but scan showed roughly 6 weeks :(

Fingers crossed for us all, ive promised myself I will try not test until af is due or at the earliest 12dpo. Ive tested early alot and hate seeing the bfn and how down it gets you.

Are you both trying to conceive no1 aswell?

I conceived naturally at 38 - had my daughter at 39. It took a little while, but nothing terrible, and I didn't have to do anything majorly special. I did use an ovulation monitor, but that was it.

Fast forward 5 years - actually 6. in the past couple of years I had two miscarriages. I gave up for awhile - after I had 2 in 2 years, I backed off the idea. Probably not a great idea because as we get older odds are worse. My biggest problem - aside from age- was that my cycles stopped, or would take 4 months between them. It was impossible to try to get pregnant when you weren't ovulating -

Anyhow - that's been for about a year or so - I went to my OBGYN, and while he is very nice, I didn't get a lot of positive vibes from him about this. Going to the fertility specialist - well - that was an eye opener let me tell you. They DON'T mess around. You're there for one purpose. It's been boom, boom, boom - first, a pack of birth control pills to force my cycle to happen during which they took blood work to see if my hormones were at the right levels, after the cycle they did 2 tests of my uterus. After that, they went straight to Femera (I had tried chlomid with the OBGYN once and hated it). First attempt at Femera, they had me in on day 13 - no response from the overies, considered it day 3 (restarting everything) and upped the dose of Femera to 10 MG per day for 4 days (or 5?) .. Went in for the scan, had follicles, and they gave the HCG trigger shot. Immediately started me on progesterone to improve the uterus and the lining and make it 'friendly' for implantation.

so in maybe 2 months all that took place or a little more. They seriously don't mess around. but I guess that's why we pay them. And we're not doing anything intense really - still just scans, pills, and regular old BD. I suppose if all this doesn't work, we'll go with IUI - but I know we won't do IVF.

whew.. :)

Im in. Im 9dpo. Have had 2 mc. No idea why. I took a test today, was bfn. Boo.

Hi, ladies! May I join? Today, I am 4 DPO, with some weird things happening. I've felt AF cramps, off and on, for the last couple of days. Today, I could swear I was having O pains, and I had stretchy, yellowish CM. I took an OPK this afternoon, and it was close to a positive. I don't know what to think???? I for sure had a strong positive on the 20th, and then lighter negative results the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd. Any ideas?

It's possible to get a positive opk and not ovulate. Do you take your basal body temp?

No symptoms today. I'm super anxious to start testing. I decided to start testing once I get to 11dpo.

When is everyone else going to start testing?

I'm more like 7 dpo but hope you don't mind me joining in. This is my first post, ever! Trying for baby #1, second cycle of trying, had a chemical pregnancy last cycle so I won't be testing until af is at least two days late. I just don't want to have the let down and high expectations again. Hope we all have great news in 2 weeks!

Welcome. Sorry to hear about the miscarriage. I'm also trying for #1.

If you all have any two week wait symptoms feel free to share. :)

Testing on 11dpo sounds like a good plan :)
I may talk myself into testing at 10dpo... I have a bunch of cheapies :)

With my first pregnancy I got a super faint bfp on 11dpo. Lol you had to squint to see it.

No, I do not temp. Just OPK's and observing CM. I'm afraid temping will drive me insane, since I'm close to that anyway:) Maybe it is true that I didn't "O" the first positive OPK. I've been under quite a bit of stress from work, so that may be exactly what happened. To be honest, the way this year has gone, I'm lucky to get any positive OPK's. I probably won't BD tonight since my stress from work has made it's way into my marriage (husband is not very understanding of my job, and I know that's not necessarily all his fault). Just having a tough year, if that makes any sense. Thank you for asking, and please send any advice/encouragement my way.

My basal temp shot up crazy high today. I've never had a post O temp reach 98 degrees farenheight.

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum. We're ttc baby #3. I had a chemical pregnancy last month :( Got my BFP at 9dpo (faint line, but a line), the line continued to get darker, so I stopped testing at 14 dpo....figured I was good to go. Unfortunately, a week after that I started to bleed, at which point I learned that I had experienced an early miscarriage....no hcg in urine, very low numbers on blood test. So I was basically told to consider the bleed as a late period.

I got my positive opk on cd 20 (which is later the usual for me, but I guess the chemical pregnancy threw me off track), and I think I ovulated the following day...which would put me at 4 dpo today. Hoping I can get a sticky bean this month, but after last month's experience, I know that there is only so much that is within our control. Remaining hopeful, and willing to keep trying. Wishing sticky beans to those who are also waiting, hoping, and praying :)
