anyone with a bleeding disorder?

I have Type 1 Von Willebrand Disorder. My last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 10 weeks and I needed a platelet transfusion before the D&C because of high risk of hemorrhage. Now I'm pregnant again (16+3 weeks) and wondering if anyone else with VWD or factor VI/VIII deficiency has had a baby before? My hematologist will see me around 24 weeks and until then I can't find any info online. Since they had to give me platelets last time, I'm wondering if I'm looking at a scheduled induction or something so I can have another transfusion in time.
