Hey!

I recently got my BFP after losing my angel at 5w5d on May 2nd this year. That was my 7th angel and I have 1 beautiful 6yo DD. Im so so scared it will happen again. Any single cramp and im panicing and always on the look out for blood when I wipe its horrible to feel this way where I cant enjoy this pregnancy.

Due April 1st and just wish my rainbow blossom is a sticky one

Ahhhhh my story!!! Congratulations!!!

I've just got my bfp today!!! EDD 6th April. Not celebrating or anything, just quietly happy about it. Keeping everything we can crossed.

Has been resized so image isnt as clear as original BUT this is what we will be using for the pregnancy journal and announcement to friends and family alongside the first scan.

I really really hope this baby is sticky xx

Awww that's so lovely! We haven't got quite that far. I think we're just too scared. We had nice ideas last time and...guess I don't want to think about it. We have plenty of time anyway. I'm already searching for private scans! I'll try and get one out of the midwife but I doubt they'll give me one. I'm definitely having one, there's no way I'm risk waiting till 10 weeks to see an empty sac again.

But fx these are our sticky beans!

Yeah definitely. We are hoping for an early scan on the NHS - especially as I already have 7 angel babies. Im panicing at any and every tiny thing!

Im wondering how many weeks I should wait. All the research for private scans say 7 weeks. So any day in the week starting August 13th.

I just really want to get past 5+5 first as a mini milestone as thats when we miscarried last time.

Yeah I was thinking 7-8 weeks. So for me it'd be w/c 22nd August. Hopefully there should be something decent to see then. My MMC (empty sac) was discovered at 10 weeks because I was spotting so getting an early scan and hopefully seeing something will take that fear away.

Hopefully you'll get an early scan on the NHS then. (Gosh, 7 losses is tough sweetie) I'll be seeing the midwife on Monday - it's like a drop in quick session to give you some info booklets and arrange a booking in appointment so I'll ask then.

Had a darker test this morning which makes me feel a bit better. My test was pretty faint yesterday. It's still not control line standard but it's going in the right direction. Hardly slept last night either!!

Hey how are you doing? I know we're chatting on the main April thread but just wondered how you're feeling? I know it's a nervous time. Are you almost 5 weeks now?

I am indeed! 5 weeks tomorrow.
Got to 5+5 last time and feeling really anxious as it approaches. How are things with you? Any symtoms?

Try not to worry too much Hun. I know it's almost impossible, maybe try to keep yourself busy.

I'm ok. Still testing everyday and it's nearly as darker as the control so I'm happy it's gone from barely there to pretty dark in just 3 days. symptom wise, Bbs hurt a lot, quite a bit of nausea on and off, a few twinges but they seem to be going at the moment. Far fewer than the past few days. I'm still feeling ok. Not stressed. I think DH is though. Last night he said ' is it bad that I'm more worried than excited this time' It's so hard. We don't want to go through it again but it's out of our control. Just got to hope for the best. Pretty sure I'll be a nervous wreck before the scan though.
