So glad to hear you girls are getting some sleep!
Gem- does Ollie sleep more at night when he's up all day? Rosie sometimes doesn't nap from 1pm until bedtime around 9 and seems those days are when she goes longer than 5hrs at night.

So we went into town thursday- stayed with a friend then friday went to my moms to housesit. Well DH went home today to feed the cat and grab a couple things and found that our cabin has been broken into. The person got a ladder and went through the bedroom window (onto oir bed!) They didn't close the wndow all thw way when they left but he couldn't tell if they've taken anything. UGH! I knew there was a reason I've kept all my jewelery in the truck since we've moved! Now I'm anxious about ever not being home now. And its my fault- I forgot to relock that window after it was really hot the other day!

Sam, Ollie tends to sleep through of a night anyways usually apart from like once or twice when hes been really snuffly (hes got a little cold atm ) He goes down between 9 and 11pm then doesnt wake till at least 5 Sometimes he manages to sleep till 8am!
Think hes just a lazy little boy lol... typical man

Happy Mothers Day!!! Aaron celebrated by screaming all night He usually is a good sleeper, so I don't know what caused that last night.

Thanks gem! Rosie sleeps pretty good too. She does a lot of 5 or 6 hour stretches of sleep and then some 4hr ones after the long one- its been great but she often doesn't nap most of the afternoon

Happy Mothers day!!! DH so far has complained about how little sleep he got last night he didn't start a fire last night so its f-ing COLD! I'm laying in bed feeding Rosie bc its too cold to get up!

It's different in North America. Yours was April 3rd, only reason I know that is because Aaron was born on your Mothers Day.

I had Aaron to his grandparents today for the afternoon and came home to 2 dozen roses, a beautiful card and supper cooked Plus OH did all the diaper changes today He got rewarded with for the 1st time since the day I went into labour. Did anyone else find sex a bit painful the 1st time?

I found I was s bit tender... I had a lump down there too which is what made it painful for me but we went slow and it was bearable.
That lump though... DF and I were having some fun thus evening and it seems to have made it go away lol... so hopefully next time we have sex will be pain free!

I made sure to pump right before so there wouldn't be any leaking boobs

Aaron has a doctors appt this morning, can wait to see how much he has grown.

Just a quick question - how many times a day do you breastfeeding mums feed your LO's now?

Yaaay Ollie got weighed again today and he's now 7lb 1oz!
He's gained 6oz in 4 days! Little chunk

I'm still feeding just as much as ever and she still feeds for about an hour a time. Since going to the breastfeeding support group she has started filling her nappies a lot more and seems more contented most of the time though.

I'm about every 2hrs during the day. She went all night and only woke up once! Also she eats for about 40mins except right before bed she goes for 1hr or 1.5hr sometimes

I feed about 10 times in 24 hours. Having to wake him during day still to feed every 3 hours but he cluster feeds on an evening & it can only be an hour to an hour & half between feeds. Nightmare! He goes longer at night - sometimes nearly 5 hours but usually more like 4.

I feel like I've 'lost' my latch a bit iykwim. Got sore nipples again & can hear him feeding. Had my BFing info out & trying back to basics but not sure it's making a difference. He's still filling his nappy loads & content so he must still be getting enough. So not sure what's happened. x

we're feeding about every 2-3 hours during the day and more like 4 at night, always for 30-40mins a time.

sazzle latch probs here too still , not entirely sure its not something i'm just going to have to get used to, not too painful most times but afterwards feels sore. plus still have a seriously cracked nipple to heal :S xx
