Ok way too much info but i need to know if this is the norm for babies on easy digest or of other babies get this and not on this milk.
My LO has extremely smelly farts and poos, i dont mind the poos, but when my friends are gagging after farts it is not good!!!!
I was wondering if others have found this with the milk, or if others have had this problem even if they are not on this milk.
Do you think i should change it? We put her on it because she was colicky, but surely if the product is coming out so smelly its not good for her insides? Can anyone recommend a good milk? Shall we just go with the normal Aptamil?

Ambers are smelly no matter what she drinks. She was BF too! Been on aptimil and C&G. It's normal. just open a window... lol!

Brady was on Aptamil Comfort for a little while and i noticed exactly the same thing, normally you can just hear his farts but I was checking his nappy all the time because I was sure he must have filled his nappy up by the way it stank!

He was very sicky and windy which is why I put him on it but it didn't make any difference so I put him back to the milk he was on before and it seems it was Infacol causing the problem because he's been fine since I stopped giving it to him.

We had this with Easy Digest. Switched to Aptimal 1 and his farts no longer smell! :happydance: However, poos are still runny as per my previous post!

I think Aptamil has probiotic stuff in, which is actually very good for the insides but does cause smelly poos/farts :D I'm JUST about to try Linds on it (we've been bfing til now) so I'll report in a coupla days! :hugs:
