Argh! I am tearing my hair out, please help ladies!

Ok very speedy background - diagnosed as not ovulating last cycle and started clomid CD2-CD6 50mg this cycle. Have been BBT and OPK ruthlessly for the first time and this is where the trouble starts.

CD13 for the first time ever I got two lines on an OPK! I had been testing since CD10 and only the control line. It was faint and I had to hold it up to the window but I could def see it!

CD14 back to control line only again, gutted!

CD15 faint line that was darker then CD13 but still barely visible

CD16 line that was a little over half as dark as control line!

CD17 line that was not as dark as CD16 but still darker then CD15

CD18 today - back to having a line that was only visible when held up to really strong line and could possibly be imagined as not as dark as CD13!

Ok so taking that all into account I would have summarised that I ovulated between CD16/CD17 but missed the surge - my temps don't agree;

I was having really strong period like cramps up until morning CD17 but yesterday and today they have just gone down to nothing or a minimal ache. Thanks to sianys fab advice I have been holding my tinkle in for 3 to 4 hours and having nothing to drink between these times since CD16.

I am really going insane here and would love some insight before I go completely psycho!

seriously i know this is easier said than done but dont pin too much hope on OPK results i was doing the clear blue smiley tests for months and it shown no ovulation at all so doc reffered me for an internal ultrasound and i went on day 13 and the woman doing it confirmed i was ovulating and would release an egg within 12-24 hours as she could see in in black and white on the screen, out of couriosity i still did the clearblue opk and it still said no ovulation so it just goes to prove they are not always right

Ok so I wont give up just yet, it was just that it is getting to quite late in my cycle to be ovulating on clomid and I was worrying it wasn't going to happen.

OPK don't always work with clomid. I never had a surge on an OPK with clomid... that's why the doctor (should have) told you to do it every other day from cd 10-23. Keep charting so you know when your period is due.

Thanks ladies, just driving me mad!

lisaf mentioned that I should ovulate between CD11-CD16, and nothing! I am worried that we just wont manage it and the doctor's have said I can only have 4 cycles worth

Why don't you have your +/- OPK results in FF? That might change the O date. I must say that I agree that your temps show O on CD 20.

OPKs only show a surge in LH, so it will indicate that you are gearing up to O. Temps can show when O actually occured.

You could still include the neg OPK results in FF. Just a suggestion

Your temps look like you did ovulate on CD 20, which was Sep 2, so you are now 7 DPO.

Edit: Nevermind the above. The link that you provided takes me to my own chart, not to yours. i just didn't notice it at first!

you have to set up your FF home page to link your chart.

Click homepage set up and then at the top of the page it will say that your link to your chart is : and the URL will be right there.

At least I know it's not just me anymore - thought I was doing something wrong 'cos I could only see my chart.

Can't really see Ov yet, but it might be about to happen. Keep up with the BDing, maybe the temps will rise today or tomorrow?

Just entered my very high temp this morning and FF has stated I ovulated on CD15!!!

Not so good news is that we only scored a good on intercourse timing as DH as gone off at the moment and we only dtd late on CD13 and on ovulation day! But a good is better then a low!

I am so happy it means that my body is finally back on track even if it is from the clomid

Now I actually have a good idea of the 2ww whereas usually I am completely in the dark!
This is not going to be easy but FF has advised me when to test and I am going to give the PMA a good old try now! 15 days til testing!

Fertility friend has now put my ovulation at last wednesday doh! but the good news is as we dtd late Monday we are still in with a chance!

I am already imagining pregnancy symptoms! Such a nightmare!
