quick question, we bought a hello kitty backpack for my daughter for her birthday on 13/1/12 , her birthday is on wendesday but someone else has bought the same bag for her, it is still in packaging and we still have the receipt, it says 30 day money back guarantee but that ran out YESTERDAY!! we just want to exchange it, will they still let us do that tomorow??


i used to work for argos so you would think i would know this.....i dont

definitely! I love argos cos they're one of few shops that always refund you your money/swap items without any hassle x

You'd be lucky to get a refund but I think they'd exchange it for you.

In my experience, Argos are brilliant about returns I'd take it back and see what they'll offer - you might even get a refund but if not I'd be really surprised if they didn't offer a gift card or exchange

took it back and exchanged it for something else...i didnt bother asking for a refund as i was buying something else anyway.....i know the girl who served me from when i worked there so it was no problem
