Arizona Ice Tea???

Is it a no-no drink?? Yikes! I hope it isn't! I don't drink it like every day but I could easily down two of those 99 cent cans IN A day when I do buy them. I buy them every few weeks or so.

I cut back from the energy drinks like Monster...to the Arizona Energy herbal tonic.

As long as you're within the recommended allowance...i say go for it!

God knows i've heard worse stories of what pregnant women were doing while pregnant, and the babies actually came out ok.

I think it is totally fine. I would just not consume too many...there is caffeine in iced tea.

I think any iced tea is fine in moderation. The only concern would be the caffeine. But I don't see any harm in a glass or two a day. Personally, I love iced tea and I could drink it every day. I tried to cut it out, but I just can't.

I think they are okay in moderation because they're not high in caffeine but be very careful for the green one with the pink flowers on it... That one is high in gingseng and that is somewhat similar to caffeine (they put that in energy drinks). I have one of that type the odd time but stick to the other flavours.
