Atkins induction...i'm confused

Hi,

Ok, so i'm looking at the induction and it says you can have up to 20g of carbs a day...12-15g of which should be vegetables, the website is confusing me as to what the rest should be made up of :wacko:.

Anyone know?

fruit.. fruit is really high in carbs.
 
I get mine from salads, spinach and all that kind of stuff. I'm also naughty and eat lots of muffins and pancakes! I'm waiting on my grinder to arrive so that I can make my own bread.

I found that one of the hardest things about atkins, especially in induction, that there's no sweet treats. These muffins only have 1.5 carbs in per muffin, and these pancakes have only 1 carb each. Pancakes for breakfast, muffins for lunch and spinach/salad for dinner :)
