Awful sickness with other pregnancies, none with this one?!

So, I am a bit confused and worried, I had awful sickness with my first pregnancy from 6 weeks (pregnancy lasted until 8 weeks) and then had awful sickness with my son from 6 weeks until 12 weeks (vomiting all 39 weeks though!)
But this time, I'm 6 weeks today, I've been feeling a bit nauseous on and off, a little bit off food at some times but really in myself I feel fine! I'm a little worried tbh cause I have no symptoms other than being very tired, having ever so slightly larger, but not sore, boobs, bad wind (both ends), going to the loo a bit more and the occasional bit of heartburn. I stopped testing a week ago when my test line got darker than control as I was driving myself crazy!
Has anyone else had this and everything been okay? I was pretty sure i knew my body during pregnancy well enough, but since I have no sickness I'm getting scared.
I have a private scan booked for the 20th cause I can't have an nhs one until mid January!
I've got no cramping or bleeding or anything like that, I just feel pretty normal!

Every pregnancy is different try not to compare pregnancys, with my 1st id no symptoms, 2nd id some sickness, this one i start to feel sick if i dont eat! hope you feel better about it soon x

I haven't had many symptoms since I got my BFP. I have some backache and light cramping and my boobs feel firm and a little bit bigger but are not sore. My appetite is raging lol. I feel like I could eat all day.

I am pregnant with #8. My first 7 I couldn't leave the toilet starting at 6 weeks. I was an absolute mess & begged for an early scan because by 7w I wasn't sick. I got one & my baby is perfect with a nice strong heartbeat! I'm 8w 2d today & really sick now. It just took longer. I wish I could have enjoyed feeling good when I did instead of being worried. I'm suer everything is just fine.
